Unreal service!!! My battery died while I was cleaning the inside of my car at a car wash. Insurance didn't cover roadside. AAA wouldn't come out unless I paid an extra 125 for same-day service. Plus I didn't have my wallet on me! I was fully frustrated and it had already been a really hard day! So I was just about to maybe do the AAA and then have them come the following day or just eat the $125 fee. Then I decided to see if there was any mobile auto repair since I'm pretty sure I need a new battery. I contacted this location and another location. The other location quoted me $175 just to come out! Plus they were going to be closing soon. ASAP called me back just as I got off the phone with the other location. He said is it only a jump? I'll charge you a very small fee and we'll see if you need a battery because he actually had them in the other location did not! So not only was there more of a concern and care about my situation. He was prepared with a battery ready to go and was cheaper/more concerned than the other location. I've been looking for a new mechanic because I usually drive all the way to Tyler mall to Adelino's auto clinic. For the last 20 years and they are fantastic! However when there's something like this and I need something close by I am most definitely going to be recommending ASAP! He was also really nice and super funny! He had me laughingand totally brightened up my day after I was literally just wiped out from everything. This is the kind of business that I love to support! Great job! My Family and me went to KOA veil lake campground traveled over an hour for this camping, but as always things go wrong we got a flat tire we called our insurance road side assistance (on Sunday) but they didn't show up until Monday to replace my tire. On Wednesday when we were getting ready to leave the tire they had changed was wobbling around we couldn't drive like that so i called them back to come and check out what they did wrong (we called at 10:30 am) we got a message saying they won't be able to make it till 4:15 so we waited. WOW experience. My car battery went dead in my garage when trying to start on Saturday 2.21.26. My mechanic in Fallbrook was closed, so I went ahead and Googled mobile battery service. There were a few places, one wanted me to pay upfront and then a service tech would call me, very odd, told them no thanks, kept calling and then got a hold of Omar at ASAP. Picture this...just came from the movies with my daughter...on the way home we accidentally opened the sunroof and it got stuck, stuck open at midnight and it's pouring rain outside! Cue the waterworks, not just outside the car but inside the car. What am I gonna do!??! I don't have a garage, it's pouring, it's midnight and I'm exhausted! I called Omar about my car which was inop out of storage due to a bad alternator even after replacing the old battery. He was able to send a mechanic within a couple of hours despite a busy schedule. Mo came out and right off the get go started fixing the car in my driveway. Mo is energetic, meticulous, personable, and most importantly methodical. He replaced a bad alternator original from mfr and got my good ol Integra GSR running with a brand spanking new alternator. What's funny is previously, a mobile mechanic from a different company, diagnosed my car and left coz he couldn't figure out how to remove the alternator of a 90's car. With Mo, it was no problem. One of the terminals was welded in from a previous terminal spark. When Nate showed up, we had already completed the work ourselves. Fully saved our minimoon! My husband and I had just got married the day before in Fallbrook and were going to drive to Disneyland and then drive home to norcal. We had a flat tire that we tried to replace and then the bolts that hold the wheel to the brakes (or something- I don't know the lingo) broke. We had two tow-truck drivers deny towing us anywhere because we couldn't get the tire back on and therefor they could not safely hook the car up to their tow truck. We were stranded in Fallbrook, no idea how to get our car to a shop let alone to Disneyland let alone another 6 hours back to norcal.
