came to check one of my vehicles.. we paid for mechanic diagnostic , we found out that the issues was not fixable at the moment and he had parts alredy for the repairs.. he charge us $30 for not using the part or to take the parts back.. by the way the parts were never uses. he charge $30 to take the parts back to the autoparts.. , then i asked him to check a 2nd vehicle,. we paid an other mechanic diagnostic $120 and he said theres nothing wrong with the vehicle and only need the battery to recharge... we replace the battery already and the vehicle still have have mechanical issues, i called him back and ask him to check the vehicle one more time since we already paid for the mechanic diagnostic and his answer was that i need to take to a different mechaci for an electrical diagnostic but he wont refund my $120 since he could not dignostic the vehicle. .. what really got me is the low ball over charge of the $30 sup charge for not using the parts. read more

Omar came to fix my car.. I had a leak which we thought was a water pump seal. He replaced the water pump but noticed it was still leaking. We told him to check first but he did not. After he tore my entire engine apart, he wanted to leave it. Said it was out if his scope of work. He left it in pieces for 2 weeks.. then came back and tore it apart even more. To top it off, when he left he took my car key.. He broke all my air lines and electrical wires. We paid him $800 and my car is worse than when he came. I'm completely DISTRAUGHT. Now I have NO CAR and I have 2 kids at home. Ive been forced to WALK everywhere because now I can't even afford a rental because all my money went to him. He wanted me to pay via venmo.. Now I know why. Im pretty sure I can't file a claim with my credit card company. He got us good. I get that he paid for the parts... but HE COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY CAR. Please stand clear of this machinic. This guy charges me $30 to travel 15 miles. He get's to my location after we agreed to a Front break and rotor replacement in which he says to me a bolt is stripped on the driver side and he couldn't remove it so I tell him to inspect the passenger side and to go from there. He removes the tire inspects the breaks and said they're at 80% so no need to change them out. I said so fix the windshield sprayers. The aren't producing enough pressure. Mind you I provided him all the parts the motor on the wipers was good so to replace 2 nozzles he charges me $50 each and test drives the car to ensure the bearings were good. So he arrives at my house at 1:15 I leave call him at 2:09 and he's test driving my car. The whole time I'm away and the money cash is waiting on him I'm saying to my self he took off 2 tires inspected the breaks changed out 2 windshield nozzles without replacing the motor so that amount of time labor wise doesn't justify his price. Yet he bills me the entire amount. Again less than hour of labor 2 nozzle taken off 2 tires removed and looked at the breaks $180. I called him and he tells me you pay for his knowledge. You did replace the AC compressor but didn't check my other concerns because you were frustrated and trying to hurry up and get to your next appointment . Now my car is showing another code that wasn't there and I have to pay someone else to fix it . The only reason why I used you was due to no local shops or the dealer being able to tend to my car until Monday you told me the day you saw my car it will be fixed that day. The coolant not staying in the reservoir was easily a hose that could have been fixed that day I literally saw the coolant shoot out a hose . You didn't even stay long enough to check while the car was running .Even after seeing me use an entire bottle of coolant the day before you came the the next day you seen it was empty. You told me to just put more.After you left I'm seeing blue coolant leaking from the same hose. And I told you on the phone my power steering and I think a coolant hose busted. You just looked at the pulleys because it was a easy external problem and that was it . I'm sure if I didn't leave my keys you would have ran off with the $300 at that would've been it . read more

Omar did a rushed and sloppy diagnostic on our car, took our money and left us hanging. We had an electrical issue with our van where the battery was draining. Made an appointment with him on a Wednesday for Friday. We badly needed the car fixed but decided we would go ahead and wait till Friday and were looking forward to getting the car fixed. He showed up an hour and a half late and was in a big hurry. He immediately began searching for an easy, surface level issue - a glove box light on, etc. He didn't find anything but decided that the problem was the sliding door was left open, even though there is no door light for that door. I suggested we could test the fuses in the fuse boxes. He said "but there are two different fuse boxes". Meaning he didn't want to go to the trouble of that effort. I had to suggest ideas because he had none of his own besides looking for an interior light that was on. He also connected a diagnostic machine to test if it was the alternator, which it was not. But that's as far as he could go and he was out of ideas and in a hurry to leave after half an hour. He is lazy, uncreative, and does not think outside the box. He learned what he learned from his previously working in a shop but he's not bright enough to learn or try anything new. We paid him when he said that if the battery kept draining after his suggestion of closing the sliding door, he would come back and help. When I contacted him again after the battery of course kept draining, he said he was not qualified to do any further advanced electrical work. But he sure kept our money for telling us to close the door, which was a misdiagnosis of the problem. We were left in the exact same position as Wednesday before we made the appointment with him, minus $145 and now we have to go to a more qualified mechanic all over again for a proper diagnosis and repair. When I spoke to him later he justified his actions by saying "that's what the dealerships do". There's a reason why people hate the dealership repair shops but this guy bases all of his lazy policies off of them. So with this guy you're paying the rates of the big dealership shops but get none of the professionalism, or feedback from other mechanics in the shop. Don't waste your time on this lazy and incompetent bum. read more

Omar may be a decent mechanic with the simple things like changing break pads and rotors, but once he gets frustrated with something that's more complex , you just want to take the car and take it to a shop. He shows the frustration towards you. While he was working on my car, the rims of the wheels where faced down to the curb and ended up getting scratched up. They are after market wheels. He also left several grease spots on the car. He acknowledged the grease spots and didn't bother to wipe them down. He simply rubbed his finger past it and said it's easy to clean up. read more

He was professional, efficient and very pleasant. I believe him when he says Quality & Honesty is what they stand for.
