He was the the nicest guy, super helpful, didn't even charge us to look at our trailer the initial time since he was already there and it only took a couple minutes! WOW!! Talk about scoring points or stars in this case! He was able to order parts and we just had to wait Ben kept us informed the entire time about the order going the back-order when the parts arrived. It was the end of the day, and we had a long day. Once the tech started welding, they emailed me a quote with 250 added on for a same day repair. This was never discussed over multiple conversations. Took two hours because the tech wasn't really organized to do this at his house. Should have taken an hour. Repair was sloppy, it is hard to make this weld look nice. It held up to get us home. Wanted CASH. $700. Wouldn't let us leave until I Zelled the money, wouldn't take CC. Avoid this place!!
