We were stranded in Peyton, CO at the KOA. We couldn't drive our rv because the slide wouldn't retract. We tried to contact several rv repair services. Premier was the only company that answered the phone. We explained the problem and they promised to send repair people within 2 hours. Brian and Kyle showed up at the KOA with all the possible parts they might need to help us. We can't believe how knowledgeable they were. They trouble-shot the problem and fixed it in about an hour. George the owner of Premier runs a very unprofessional business! He lies and charges an extreme dollar for very poor quality work. I bring my trailer camper in for inspection and have him install my own power jack. I agreed to letting my camper go out for rental to cover his client that was waiting for their camper to be completed. Instead of the agreed 3 day weekend rental, he let his customer keep my camper for an extra 10 days before I discovered that my camper was not being worked on or was ever returned back to Premier where I dropped it off. Now I had to pick my camper up from his customers residence, only to find out it was not in the same condition as it was dropped off. The emergency brake cable had been pulled and unit completely burned up. Now George refuses to fix it or compensate me for the repairs. Also the wrench used for adjusting the leveling jacks was broken, also not offering to replace it. Premier Auto & RV is not the place you want to have service your camper or auto. We set up an appointment to take care of an issue that very few RV repair facilities are qualified to properly handle. Then another came up before our appointment and they said they would be able to address that as well. When we arrived, it was obvious that it was going to be a challenging day. Patrick broke his leg, Justin had a day from hell, Brian was incredibly busy on everything and more while everyone else was doing their jobs and filling in the holes. The true test of a good company is how it handles all of the issues and rises above it all. Premier went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy, satisfied customers. We were on a tight schedule, and they made it happen. Daniella and Josh run the front desk like the pros they are, Memphis checked in on us regularly and listened to our concerns, Justin did some great work and Brian pulled off some amazing feats to make sure everything got done correctly and in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, I placed my trust in this repair facility, had high hopes and thought they would keep their word. Instead I was met with terrible communication, repairs that were not completed, items that were not replaced, and then received the RV back with items not working that were operational when taken in. They had the RV for 2 months and was charged thousands of dollars for minimal work. I did not receive the bumper to bumper inspection originally requested, I did not receive any written quote and I had to constantly reach out. I feel completely lied to and taken advantage of. Premier had previously done work on our Class A, in particular, they replaced the windshield. The install was so poor- there wasn't a gasket securing it. We ended up having to get ANOTHER windshield and had it replaced elsewhere- thank goodness! read more

Made an appt on our Motorhome for 2 minor repairs of which both were warranty repairs. Spoke to Brian, service mgr who quoted a price for additional 2 solar panels to be installed on roof. 2 hours labor was quoted $500 with an additional $625 per panel. Upon testing of the installation which was completed on the same day / they only installed one panel and it was wired improperly. Upon bringing it to Brian's attention he insisted it was correct. The panel was wired in parallel and the 2 existing factory installed panels were wired in series. Matt, shop foreman made the changes insisting it was correct and that it would be totally on me to have it wired correctly. Conversation with Matt transpired on electrical theory which he had no knowledge of! (Kind of scary!). Additionally the wire he ran on the roof was inside wire and not UV protected. Discussing the bill approximately $200 higher than quoted I asked the secretary what the hourly rate was and she didn't respond. Hmmmm They also charge a 4% credit card fee without verbal acknowledgment but insists that they post a small sign on the wall behind the counter. They refused to accept cash claiming it was unrefundable. I calmly tried to discuss this with Brian the service manager who was outraged and belligerent. In the 22 hours that we were there, we witnessed other unsatisfied customers who said they would never do business with them again!! Brian has a Jekyll and Hyde personality sending many dissatisfied and frustrated customers away. Beware !! I would not recommend any electrical work done here and bring your lawyer with you when you get the bill!! read more

We verbally confirmed with Brian that he would contact us prior to completing any work and that he would submit the work order to our warranty. We informed them we had reservations for Labor Day. Yesterday we were told it would be ready next Friday maybe - the day before Labor Day weekend. Showed very little interest in taking care of our issue. When I decided to take it elsewhere, I was nonchalantly handed my keys and told me it was in back. Had to hunt for it. Found it with the main door unlocked. Lights had been left on in the coach and all batteries were dead. Had to find someone with jumper cables to get it started. Had two prior customer warn me about attitude and dishonesty from their past experience. Still gave them a shot, foolish me! From my personal experience, they show little interest in taking care of their customers and don't follow through. Hard to find companies that operate with integrity today. And what we were lied to about was having the parts in to have things fixed, but we found out that it was lack of communication and the person responsible, was let go....I am sorry for that part ,I don't want anyone to lose their job. I needed a repair made to the sewer connection on my 5th wheel RV. I called and spoke to Devin and immediately felt comfortable with him. I dropped the coach off with the parts needed. I got a call a couple hours later stating the RV was ready to be picked up. I reviewed their work. It looks like new! I love the fact they are local and provide full service/parts. I used to go to Camping World as they seemed to be the only game in town that helped process warranty claims. However, the time they have your rig is just far too long where I had to pick it up while waiting so we can enjoy summer camping. My personal experience with Premier was a very good one. They were very communicative (Michelle & Jocelyn) and super pleasant despite knowing it is a very busy time for repair places like this. Yes, you will likely pay more than you like to have repairs done but that is the case at most RV shops like this. The end result though is you get what needs to get done with solid quality and in a shorter time that most other places. I would recommend them over Camping World. read more

I took my Toyhauler in there to have water damage looked at and reseal the roof and front cap. $3000+ and all they did was do a shitty job at sealing. Did not address the water damage at all. I went in the shop on Aug. 6th and didn't get until Aug. 8th the repair was for outlets, level inspection, and a generator service. On the 8th their mechanic serviced the generator on the RV. He spent about 30 mins on the generator. I paid my bill and left the shop. Three days later the generator started making strange noises and shut down. The shop sent a man named Matthew out and he checked the generator and said that it was overfilled with oil. He drained some of the oil out onto the ground. He told me to call the shop because the air filter likely had oil splattered all over it. I called and spoke to Brian he told me that the manufacturer shipped the kits and the manufacture had overfilled the oil containers in the kit they used to change the generator. Brian told me to run the generator and see if it shuts down but should be okay, which I did not. I wrote a bad review on Google and I was contacted by Ian. In the meantime an outlet that was faulty started acting up again after I was told resetting the breaker would fix it...it did not but they did send someone to change it. I met with Ian telling him the situation and also that I had been double charged for a generator service. He told me that one charge of $189 was for the oil and spark plug and the other $189 charge was for the air filter and fuel filter. The kit from the manufacture is only $70. Ian agreed to give me $189 back if I removed a bad review from Google they are trying to look good for the new KOA campground being built. The generator was re-serviced, the parts were old and none of them had been changed by Premier. The spark plug was burned up obviously the original one when the RV was bought. The oil in between clean and dirty, still overfilled. The fuel filter was pitted, worn stained from age. The air cleaner was filthy and oil splattered over it. Parts should have looked new considering it was 3 days after the 'service' I would not recommend this RV shop. they did not service a generator and had I not been paying attention to the sound of my equipment I could've ended up having to replace the generator. I wish I had read the reviews on here first.... Unfortunately I have to echo the negative experiences others had. I was told the repair would take about 2-3 weeks. After a series of phone calls I finally got the unit back 8 weeks later (approx. 3 hours of shop work). Before leaving the office I asked them to go over the invoice and asked "is everything on there". They looked it over and told me "yes". After I had the unit home and tested the repair, the new roof vent opened, but didn't close as it was catching on the shroud (which was also replaced). I had to take it back and they had to move the shroud over by 1/2" ... I guess I have extra holes in my roof now. 2 days later they call me and said they forgot to bill me for something (about 10% of initial bill). Did I not ask if they can check if everything was on there? I asked since I had to take vacation time if they would make good on their mess-up on the roof vent and cut me a break. The answer was "we didn't charge you for the adjustment" - Really? Do you charge customers to fix your shoddy work? I have yet to receive a copy of the "new invoice" for the "charges they forgot. I even called... Nothing. Bad experience start to finish -- I had high hopes because it looked like a nice facility. Oh -- be prepared to pay $14 (incl. tax) for a bottle of RV Anti-Freeze in their parts store. No wonder why there was no price sign for that item. After they rung it up, I should have just told them to keep it. Another rip off. read more

We are on vacation from New Hampshire. My class "A" diesel motorhome had started running hot a few months ago. I took it to a Freightliner dealer in Manchester, New Hampshire three times this spring for other items, and each time I told them that it was running hot. The last time less than two months ago, I specifically told them that I wanted the coach completely gone through as I was taking a 7000-mile trip and didn't want to find myself stranded on the side of the road. They assured me that everything was in good shape. A few days ago, the coach started to seriously overheat and lost power. We limped into a campground in Colorado Springs on Friday of Labor Day weekend. On Tuesday I started phoning around looking for diesel repairs. Most places said that either they didn't service motorhomes, or they didn't work on engines over 8 years old. Finally, I came across Premier Auto and RV in Peyton, Colorado. What a difference! After I explained our predicament to Sandra, who answered my call, she put me on hold and went to speak with Bryan, the service manager. He said that I could bring the coach in, and they would try to squeeze me in for a diagnosis between other customers. They even had a place for me to plug in so we could stay in the RV overnight if necessary. The problem was diagnosed that very day; the pipe between the engine and turbocharger had rotted. They also found a hole in the turbo-charger cooler and a lot of debris in the radiator, problems which the other dealer had missed. They had the material and tools there to fabricate a new pipe, sent the charger cooler out to be welded and cleaned out the debris. In two days, we were back on the road. The folks at Premier Auto and RV literally saved our vacation. It was so gratifying to find people so effective, efficient, kind and empathetic. Everyone there was amazing from Bryan the service manager to Russell, Taylor and Matt, the techs who did the work. This place has what it takes! I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

I would give this business zero stars. Boyfriend purchased a 2009 Eclipse Attitude from this business, used obviously, approximately 4 months ago. The dealership reassured him that a full inspection had been done. When he brought it home it was filthy.... upon starting deep clean it was discovered that the linoleum was cracked and broken. Upon pressurizing the water pump, the seal around the shower was terrible and needed replaced and shower controls poured water out behind the walls, as well as the water heater having several distressed cracks and is leaking as well as multiple leaks throughout plumbing. The roof was cracked and split down over the front, the base flooring under the linoleum at each entrance and under the toilet was rotten and had to be replaced. The generator needed a massive overhaul. This toy hauler has been one nightmare after another after being told and reassured that the inspection of the RV was clear and paying top dollar for it, even used. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Unfortunately I do have to say the parts department is very knowledgeable and helpful, scaring thinking it could be a monopoly of sorts??? read more

We told them to not touch the trailer without us receiving a full quote for some damage we brought the trialer in for. The final price quote was appalling. Clearly, they are taking advantage of the trailer shortage and the summer season to take advantage of people. After we decided to take our trailer and leave, their previously nice salesman's attitude toward us turned bitchy. Totally unprofessional. They've charged me in the neighborhood of 25k - 30k for the myriad of things they say they fixed and the many, many times we had to bring stuff back for the exact same thing. We'd make lists of items to be done and leave them on the seat and email them to Premier and yet a month or more later they call and say they have no idea what we want done or what's wrong. These people are not trustworthy and all they do is charge their 139.00 per/hour over and over and over again and run up huge bills and do really bad work. we even suspect that they are charging us for things they didn't even do, like changing the oil and winterization. Stay as far away from this company as possible unless you have tens of thousands of dollars to waste on bad work. read more

First off I have to say they did the work requested (the only reason I gave two stars). However I will probably never use them again. I had to call to find out the status of my Camper when they had it over a month. They would put me on hold and then say that person was either on the phone or in some meeting and would call me back well that didn't happen until I complained. I did say I would be on vacation for a week however that was two weeks after I dropped of my camper, second they charged me for plumbing when I gave them the material, they did take this charge off. Lastly they put in an battery shut off switch and they said they would put it in the storage area. We have been lied to so many times and so frequently by the staff and service manager, Bryan G. that we can't even believe it ourselves. Like many people who have done reviews of Premier RV in Falcon Colorado we too received a very vague estimate which did not include the things the service manager verbally told us he could take care of. Fortunately they were all listed on a piece of paper which we have a copy of to back up our claim. We paid over $6,000 to have various things done such as installing Smart TVs to replace the regular TVs and they couldn't even get that right. They installed them in the wrong place... TWICE & charged us $500 to install them INCORRECTLY. They were supposed to install an omnidirectional Winegard antenna and wi-fi system that also picked up air TV. We were quoted an Air 360+ and a Gateway router. That is not what was installed. They installed a simple Winegard Connect 2.0 device. It was a total bait-and-switch. Since then, we have been trying in vain to have the correct system installed. Every time we call we are given an excuse such as the service manager is with another customer, he will call you back in 45 minutes or he will call you back before the end of the day. He never does. He said he would refund several things they didn't do/ or didn't do correctly/ but we're not holding our breath. We have absolutely NEVER been lied to or treated in such an absolutely unprofessional manner by anyone at any time in our 55 years of life on this earth! We do not even know how they could possibly make this right. But... If by some miracle they straighten this out and make it correct both financially and by getting the repairs done correctly and the Wi-Fi installed with the correct system we will consider updating this review. Until then, we would not recommend this company to ANYONE for ANYTHING and are prepare to take other action if need be. read more

Took my trailer in to have it winterized and have a door lock installed, only took almost two months before it was done! If that's not bad enough they threw away the wrong key and now I didn't have a key to the outdoor kitchen. Now top that off with a 335 dollar bill that last year at another dealership it cost 125 dollars. Don't go here unless your rich and don't care when you get your rv back, bad very bad. Poor communication. Bryan the Service Manager is rude and unprofessional. Took my travel trailer there to have slide out fixed. Told 1 week to diagnose, 4 weeks later they told me gear broke. They replaced gear and told me it was done. Told me it was just my $100 deductible on phone before repair. Then after repair they through in shop supplies at the tune of $53 dollars. I questioned it and Bryan the service manager literally had a tantrum. Told me I don't like to pay my bills. Zeroed out my whole $153. I owed them the $100. Then went to my unit and they never put the trim back up. Took an hour of them doing that. Tech sniped all nails off back of trim and let them fly all over my camper and didn't clean up. The slide still jumped after repair which cause the gear to break in first place. Bryan told me that rollers needed to be installed. Friend asked me to send pics of the cables and after he saw cables sagging he let me know they never adjusted cables. They specifically told me they did. After it was home my wife noticed that they covered my ceiling in grease and dirt when working on it. We can't get it clean. Stay away from this place. read more

The lady said she would call back to make specific arrangements for the technician. We couldn't be more pleased! My husband and I are traveling to Wyoming with our 5th wheel. While passing through Colorado Springs we found we had serious problems with our tires, leaf springs, jack, undercarriage, bent frame! First we thought it was just a blow out, but found out all these other things were the cause. Premier took us in, gave us a place to hook up & stay while they promptly repaired everything. The people here have all been so friendly & as helpful as I could ask for. They not only repaired our trailer, but replaced every part with the best, most heavy-duty parts available. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road as soon as possible, letting us know every step along the way what was going on. The staff kept checking on us to be sure we had everything we needed, including making our fur baby feel at home. They had almost every part on hand & what they didn't have they were able to get promptly. We've dealt with many RV repair people over the years and this place is the BEST. Not only is the work & care they've give us top shelf, but we were thrilled with the price. They worked with our insurance & us & we are completely pleased.
