Stellar Customer Service ADMINISTRATION DEPT & Ian. Bryan. Excellent Hands on Technician TYLER. (worked on our TRAVEL TRALER.New roof. New water heater) This team of professionals delivers. This business is fairly priced for merchandise and services. This business, I recommend.

Stopped in here on our cross country trip to help diagnosis and fix our automatic step problem on our class C motor coach and pick up some replacement shear valve handles for our holding tanks. The parts rep was so helpful and had all the parts we needed for cheaper than we can find online! He quickly helped us find parts that would remedy our solution and we were back in business quickly.

Always fast and excellent service. They have always gone out of the way to help me whether I've had…read morea flat tire or something wrong with my trailer or learn how to work on my goofy trailer. These guys are awesome.

I took my food trailer there for new leaf springs. They said they were really busy but if I paid…read more$300 an hour they would put me in front of the line. I received the quote for $2,400 I agreed later the last day I received a call saying they needed to get a part they didn't have in stock but it would still be ready that day. It was ready as promised. When I picked up the trailer the final bill was $3,400 I did not approve the extra $1,000 I paid it anyway. When I inquired they said the manufacturer of my trailer didn't put the leaf springs in to spec they had to shorten the reach. They charged me a total of $1,800 H To put on 4 hangers that are 4" max. WOW !! He explained most people use trailers only once a year. I thought that was kind of whack because so many people use trailers for business daily including myself. Of course I was upset for pain so much especially when they didn't inform me that they were going to charge me $1,000 more. My axles are heavy duty axles the incompetence of the welder put on 3200 max weight leaf springs in my trailer downgrading what I had. Now I have 5500 axles with 3200 leaf springs on my trailer. The incompetent welder didn't even realize the reason why the leaf springs were in different spots from the 3200 axles is because it was a heavy duty axle and needed the extra space. Now I need to go and get the proper leaf springs in the proper hangers put on my trailer. Shame on The branding iron for taking advantage of small businesses and not doing a professional job. Beware of this unprofessional money gouging company. I will be looking in to small claims court to reclaim my money. Avoid them with all costs
