My original review rated this location a 5 star because it appeared to be the best option for getting my vehicle registered. When I went in originally, they said that it would be done within 7 days. The individual who helped me took my paperwork and after three (3) separate trips they made to the DMV they still didn't get this done. Also costed me a late fee and a penalty from DMV because of their lack of competence. Then they finally got my plates and managed to ensure that they paid for my fees to the DMV so that they could rake me for an additional 3% on top of what i had already paid. Honestly, I am not sure which experience would have been better. Waiting in line my self at the DMV or dealing with these idiots. They are all full of excuses and quite honestly not sure if its worth the expense. What was originally $1,053.00 - to NV DMV after all the wasted time and effort translated into $1,266.00 + 3% fee = $1,304.00 Never again and will ensure to tell all I know that its not worth their price.

Staff was super friendly, very responsive and new their business. I did an out of state title transfer and registration. Pricing was reasonable for the service they proved. I did visit their similar named competitor, and frankly, DMV ASAP kicked their butt on every level. Highly recommend! read more

Our mission is to provide the client with quick reliable service while being completely trustworthy, and in a professional manner. DMV ASAP is not a primary Department of Motor Vehicle source, but rather a service based business dedicated to assisting the client in getting access to information on their vehicle and determining how we can be of further assistance to them, relieving them of actually having to go to the Department of Motor Vehicles. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

My last trip to the DMV was a nightmare. So I called DMV ASAP and found them to be very nice and professional. They had all the paperwork ready for me to sign when I got there. Also, they had told me in advance I needed a smog check (something I never would've thought of - one extra dmv trip saved) and when I showed them my certificate they pointed out that the smog test certificate had been issued for the wrong vin (two extra dmv trips saved). Hate is a strong word but I hate going to the DMV. I took to Google to find a way out of it when I had to register my new vehicle I had purchased out-of-state this month. Lo and behold, I discovered DMV ASAP. It seemed too good to be true. I just had to drop my docs off at their office and they'd take care of the rest. As a disabled person my son is allowed to assist me with most everything in life! Including the DMV! When the DMV violated our ADA Civil rights he on his way home from school stopped by ASAP. ASAP then passed along what the DMV stated as far as renewing handicap anything, I informed my son they were all wrong! ASAP stepped up & offered to help resolve this issue state wide. Just bought a new car and needed to get it registered. There are no appointments available at the DMV anytime this year. Went here to DMV ASAP and was in and out in less than 15 minutes! This was quick and easy. Staff here are professional and friendly unlike the DMV. No waiting for 3 hours at the DMV like I did a couple years ago. Will not be going back to the actual DMV.
