Instead of waiting months to get an appointment with the DMV, me and my husband decided to try DMV ASAP. It was right down the street from our home so we made an appointment online. They had appointments next day which really was convenient. Once we got there, we spoke with Kaylee. I loved her energy! She greeted us with a smile and She was so friendly and professional. First, I know 5-star reviews like this often get dismissed by the general public as being written by someone from the company, but I assure you - I am a just satisfied customer who in no way has any connection to or interest in the company other than the service they provided and I paid full price for. I admit it: I was skeptical when I saw the ads in Google for these services, but when I saw the line at the DMV stretching all the way out into the parking lot just to check in, I decided to take the chance... and I'm so glad I did. The entire staff was prompt, professional, courteous and very helpful. Their fee was EXTREMELY reasonable with no hidden costs or surprises of any kind. Their process is quick, simple and very thorough. One example: When their driver came to pick up the documents on day one, he sent a picture of the front and back of the original title to an expert in the office to verify it was filled out correctly in order to avoid any unnecessary delays at the DMV. 21 hours later, the same driver delivered the new registration, plates and title to my door. I was both surprised and impressed by the quality of their service, and I work in retail customer service... I'm not easily impressed. I will absolutely use this DMV ASAP again. read more
