I needed to transfer the title from an out of state car as well as register it. The earliest I could get an appointment at the DMV was almost 2 months away. I found DMV ASAP online and boy am I glad I did. Liz told me what I needed to get when I called them (smog test and VIN inspection) and let me know that there was currently no wait. This business is one of the worst I've ever come across. Our experience with DMV ASAP began after we purchased a car in California and needed to transfer the registration to Nevada. We saw the 4 star reviews and were confident this would be a simple procedure. Boy were we wrong! We contacted DMV ASAP and began this process March 12th, 2021. This "process" was supposed to take two weeks. That's what we were told by Ann Marie Moss. This "process" didn't end until May 3rd. We were repeatedly put on hold for extended periods of time (at least 20 minutes) and then told they would get back to us. This didn't happen. Finally we got through and were told that the DMV would be processing our request April 15th, 2021. The cost was $250.00, a complete and utter rip-off. After communication with Ann Marie ended (she left the business) which could explain her not getting back to us, we were handed off to Alexa. After we called and she put us on hold again she told us the registration would be ready the next day, April 28th, 2021. We told her that was not convenient and we would come to pick up our registration sticker on Thursday, April 29th, 2021. When we called to confirm Cindy said the sticker wasn't there. She said their runner was out sick and that is why it wasn't in the office. We had to come and pick up the sticker (MAY 3rd which is when the sticker was actually ready for pick up) after all of this, another inconvenience. This is business, DMV ASAP, is terrible and should not be used. read more

This family owned and operated company deserves 10 stars. First, they answered all of my questions and helped me figure out which paperwork I needed and where it would need to be signed, before even charging me one penny. Next, they saved me approximately $300.00 by making a few adjustments on how to handle reregistering/title changes. Finally, they came to the house to pickup all the necessary paperwork, double checked it for accuracy and then took it to DMV for processing. One day later, they were at the door handing over the new registration card, along with the paperwork for title change. We will use them in the future and recommend them to everyone! I am so grateful for DMV Asap, they saved me alot of time because if I were to go to the DmV with just the paperwork I had, I would have completely wasted my time.. since covid you must make a reservation for the DmV which the next available appointment was 3 1/2 months out. Andre helped me by doing alot of research and background checks on my current title to find out that I need paperwork from an exact business to get my car registered. He even provided me with a carfax for the car, and the phone number and website to get the paperwork I need, which he absolutely did not need to do. All out of state or not registered no Nevada drivers Lic. I was all over the place. From my first call Andre was super cool! He was like -this is easy, I laughed to myself and went in, handed him all of my unorganized documents. Went to register 2 cars. First was fine, but the second they requested forms that didn't need to be filled out. When I emailed and called for clarity they never responded. Then I found out that they charged for both registrations. Had to email again and they refunded, but never offered any explanation or apology. Remarkably poor customer service. read more

Once arriving to the proper location, I wasn't even certain it was a real business. If you're in a position that doesn't allow you the flexibility to do a walk in for the DMV, I highly recommend this service. Although they do have a service fee, it is worth it if you're in a time crunch. My dealership failed to provide me the paperwork needed to register my car when I first bought it back in October 2020. They gave me false information regarding the DMV and their fees. I constantly called this dealership for updates, they kept giving me the run around, still no paperwork. Fast forward to May of 2021, when I got my car serviced, the technician had to have a lengthy conversation with the representative to get my green slip to apply for registration. Since I have been driving without registration and plates for 6 months, I needed to find a service that would help me get what I needed. I was able to work with Kaylee who took deep consideration into my situation. Kaylee was the one who let me know that my dealership actually could have given me the paperwork back in November of 2020 instead of May 2021. She was extremely helpful and flexible with communicating with me through email and over the phone for updates regarding my requirements. I appreciate that she was straightforward about the additional fees that I was unaware of due to my dealership withholding my paperwork. Because of this I was going to cancel my service with DMV ASAP to speak with a DMV representative face to face to discuss these fees. With much understanding Kaylee agreed over the phone to refund me and provided me with the soonest DMV appointment available. When I went to the office, Kaylee was able to share my situation with Andre who then helped me get those fees straightened out. Although the DMV has openings for July, waiting until then to go in person would increase my late fees. I'm a night shift nurse that often works back to back shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, so walking in on a Saturday would be a major inconvenience and wouldn't secure my appointment. Going to DMV ASAP was the best and quickest option. For me, having to wait 10-15 business days instead of 5 or more weeks when you're way past an expiration date is the way to go. I've used DMV ASAP's services on two different occasions, both visits went very well. I had some complications with getting some titles transferred, Kaylee had them figured out in a matter of minutes. I found the entire staff to be professional, friendly, and helpful. Additional reasons for choosing DMV ASAP's services include: 1) Not having to wait in a line with literally over a hundred people at the state DMV. 2) You can call ahead of time and ask what papers you'll be needing so you won't have to reschedule another appointment and make a second trip. I've attempted to call the state DMV multiple times with questions regarding what papers I need to bring with me so I can show up prepared and I have never been able to get through to talk to someone.
