After mentioning this and the idea of paying for his unpreparedness he lowered the bill, but certainly not to what should have been more reasonable. Would suggest you find someone who's overblown sense of competence is not followed by an overblown bill.

A couple of years later, he had to install a new boiler and all new piping along with all new plumbing for an old house I bought in Huntington.
