I took my used but like new Nike golf shoes to the Randall Rd. location and they did what appeared to be a decent repair. About the 2nd or 3rd round of golf the right sole became unglued. Needless to say I'm not happy with their service and will not return any of my business to them. I do not recommend them. This happened about 3 or 4 years ago but I forgot to write a review. I had a brand new pair of Ugg zip up boots that my puppy got ahold of. He chewed the buckle strap in half , the back tab, and the zipper into disrepair. I hated to throw them away because they were $175 and brand new. I took them in and asked if there was any hope. She told me she thought she could bring them back for $45 and said she'd let me know if it would be more. I picked up my boots yesterday and the repairs were nothing short of miraculous. They look completely new. She matched the uneaten boot exactly. I cannot thank her enough for saving these boots as they were a new favorite. Highly recommend her services! read more

ASAP Shoe Repair is close to my work, I've been going to this man with my shoes for at least 3 years and he consistently does an excellent job. With my visits, I got a chance to know him and jokingly call him my Shoe Doctor. It amazes me that a person happened to see a service provider in what seems like a personal dispute outside of his business and uses Yelp as a platform to defame him and his business just because of a personal dislike. Although a little hard to find, this business was nothing more than pleasant to deal with! It is located right next to the cleaners at the drive up. I took my daughters favorite basketball shoe here to get a heal repair. I had initially gone to another local place that snubbed their nose in the air, but this place was kind and welcoming! The woman at the counter wasn't sure it could be fixed at first, but said she would ask the gentleman that repairs shoes to take a look. Thankfully it was repaired and my daughter wore them that night and said they were "back to normal". Since this happened on a weekend, I dropped off the shoe on Friday and had it back by Monday! The cost of the repair was reasonable and I didn't need to buy her new court shoes! Will recommend to everyone needing repairs!! read more

I have used this business twice, once to replace heels on a pair of shoes and again to repair shoes and a purse for my wife. We have been extremely satisfied both times. I went to get my boots resoled. It took 2 weeks longer then they told me it was going to be. They didn't call to tell me it was done. I called and she said it was ready. I get there and they were not. I had to go back the next day. It wouldnt have been a big deal but I dont live in town. read more

Natasha, name of the co-owner, was very nice to speak with this morning. I brought in a pair of shoes that needed a new zipper on one of the shoes. She honestly told me that the zipper would cost $15 and the price of the shoes brand new was around that price, maybe $20 total. She saved me the trouble and we plan on looking for new shoes:). so happy i found ASAP shoe repair, so far they have repaired 3 pair of shoes for me. one pair was re-repaired after a well known shop in chicago failed to get more than a few weeks wear before they fell apart. If I could give ZERO stars on here then, that would be my rating. This place is a horrible business. Do not bring your items here unless you never want to see them again! Brought in a pair of boots for a simple zipper repair and was given my boot back stained with glue on the leather making the boot useless. My over $100 pair of leather boots cost me the price of the zipper fix and now I had to purchase a NEW pair of leather boots. The owners are so unprofessional and clearly do not put the customer first. Horrible communication. They don't take responsibility for their faults. I really urge customers to take their business elsewhere!! I have a lot of friends with a lot of shoes that I've told to never use this business and hopefully the word will get out. read more

Honestly, GO HERE for your shoe/boot repair needs. I had two pairs of leather boots (one pair vintage Frye boots with heels whose soles had come off, the other a pair of riding boots that were quite worn out in the heel area) that other local shoe smiths said were too damaged to repair. I walked in to their shop sad and afraid to be turned down yet again, but wasn't ready to give up just yet.
