I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this roadside assistance company. After requesting help, I was left sitting on the side of the road for over two hours, and no one ever showed up. What made the situation even worse was the constant stream of inaccurate updates. I was repeatedly told that help was on the way or arriving soon, but those timelines came and went with no service and no real explanation. As a woman stranded in a location that was only partially safe, this felt incredibly concerning. There was no sense of urgency or care for my safety, which is unacceptable for a service that people rely on in vulnerable situations. Roadside assistance is supposed to provide peace of mind--not leave you feeling abandoned and misled. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. read more

I had loaned my Pathfinder to my nephew & his family while they were visiting Washington from Arkansas. Second day in, it wouldn't start in a motel parking lot in Vancouver. I needed someone to retrieve it from there and deliver it to my home in N. Portland ASAP and without my being there. Zee's Towing was willing to do that and did, within an hour or so. The driver even managed to get it started once it was home and showed me how to do it. He was knowledgeable about engines and also offered me advice as to what it would need to be reliable again. I highly recommend Zee Towing. He went the extra mile and helped get my car started and spent a couple hours with me and my daughter troubleshooting why the car wouldn't start. He worked on German cars and had a lot of experience. I was going to pay for the starter to be replaced which would have cost me $1100+. He said that he thinks it may be the battery even though it was acting like a starter. We got to my house and he helped me get it started and also gave me where to go get better priced parts. @12;20pm today heading north on I205 @ the I84 exit a zees tow truck with a van on the flatbed decided to cut me off to the exit then swerved back heading north on I205.
