I called triple A this morning since my car had a flat tire! Waited over 3 hours but Freedom Towing was sent! They did not bring tools or had the know how on how to remove the tire! I asked him why he would not have the tools and he said I was rude and packed up and left! I said I don't understand why you are unable to get the tire off? He said he was cancelling service and left! Would never recommend them! A tow truck company that is not equipped to know how to remove a flat tire! read more

We were in quite the pickle with my bmw that was at a shop and freedom pulled through! Wasn't sure what to expect because my car is lowered and most towing companies struggle, but Riley and tay knew exactly what they were doing! They communicated very well and made sure to ask permission for everything! They aren't your average towing company! They're very great with problem solving and figuring out how to fix a tight situation! Small side note is that my dog liked Riley and tay and I have a small little dog and he doesn't like anyone so that's how we know they're good people! If I could give unlimited stars I would! One of the employees from Freedom Towing came out to tow my truck to a nearby shop via a call to AAA. After monkeying with it for an hour, changing the starter relay plug, hitting the starter with a hammer while someone else attempted to start it, etc., the tow truck driver started it right up after he arrived. He was kind enough to cancel the service charge, and offered free advice (he concurred that it was probably the starter). Just a helpful, nice guy. So I actually didn't get a tow, but I still hold this company in high regard & will keep them in mind for the future. read more

Car broke down on I5 with my baby and a 5 yr old. I called AAA and got a call right away from a Martin who unfortunately was all the way down in Lake Oswego. He got there as soon as he could, was helpful and considerate to the fact that I had two littles with me. He was fast, helped get me and the baby and 5 yr old and car seats into the truck, drove nice and safe, and was good about my screaming baby who was done being stuck in his car seat!
