Daniel stated that my date of birth was required in order to determine if there were any claims against my condo. In addition, Daniel asked for my telephone number but it was also unclear to me why I could not simply receive a quote at that time OR why I could not call back to obtain the quote. As a potential customer, I simply wanted a quote based on my property address and I was not ready to provide my personal information at that time. If I'm happy with the quote then obviously I would have to provide my personal information but a quote had not been provided as. When I asked if I could call back for the quote, Daniel stated that I needed to call a different agency and then he hung up the phone.
