He asked me the builder of my home and I told him and then he asked me again and I was nice and I said, oh yes, I just said that and his response was well if I heard what you said. I wouldn't have asked you again!!! Then he was mumbling and I said to him. I'm sorry I can't hear you. You sound muffled- Again, he was quite rude. He said i'm not mumbling!!! I finally said okay, we're done here. Thank you anyway.. So I would stay away from this company. This guy doesn't want any business and he's rude!!! You don't speak to a potential client like that. Daniel stated that my date of birth was required in order to determine if there were any claims against my condo. In addition, Daniel asked for my telephone number but it was also unclear to me why I could not simply receive a quote at that time OR why I could not call back to obtain the quote. As a potential customer, I simply wanted a quote based on my property address and I was not ready to provide my personal information at that time. If I'm happy with the quote then obviously I would have to provide my personal information but a quote had not been provided as. When I asked if I could call back for the quote, Daniel stated that I needed to call a different agency and then he hung up the phone.
