His warmth, sincerity and intelligence are really stellar examples of what one looks for in a business partnership. From my first meeting with him at the client's offices during the interview process, to the innumerable phone conversations we've shared over the last few weeks, Chris has exhibited an easy going demeanor and calm intellect that has taken what can be an arduous process, and turned it into something that has seemed almost effortless. He has always made time to talk with me when I've had questions about the client, Robert Half or really anything with regard to the overall hiring process. His knowledge and infinite patience have been invaluable to me in securing this opportunity for myself and my spouse. Melissa has also been nothing short of astounding. From the first video call with Melissa, it was obvious to me that she had that rare combination of exceptional intelligence and trustworthy persona that is so difficult to find in someone who is as much of a go getter as she is. She is truly astonishing, and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her. I have been in training / IT in one form or another for more than two decades. In that time, I have developed the ability to tell the difference between something that is a fit for me (both skills-wise, and on a personality basis), and something that isn't. Both Chris and Melissa took the time to listen to my comments and concerns, and answer my myriad of questions as we went through this process together. As a result, after turning down a handful of opportunities over the last few months, I now have a position about which I am truly excited. Since signing up and getting an abundance of false promises - "we will find you a job," "you are a priority," and other such nonsense, the only, and I mean ONLY time I have heard from them in FOUR months was when I called and reached out to them. I even said I'm looking for something short term and temporary and really desperate. This meant nothing to them apparently. I have received ZERO interviews, ZERO phone calls, ZERO emails, ZERO text messages, ZERO linkedin messages- NOTHING. In four months. NOTHING. I would never sign up with them. Go to literally anyone else if you want a shot of getting an interview. I even had to call the company, get transferred, and ask why they weren't responding to my emails and messages. Waste of time.

Ok, strap in, because the truth I am about to reveal should make anyone seeking employment weak in the knees! Adecco has been my employment GO-TO for decades...all the way back in 2000ish, they hooked me up with the best position I had ever had (up to that point in my career) at a business called PrimeCo, soon to be re-branded as T-Mobile. Understand - this was beyond perfection. Kelley Howard and Adecco had succeeded in locating, interviewing, introducing, and ushering in my employment to a "T" with a company that which I could not have dreamed of being considered as a candidate. I wasn't just a candidate - I WAS HIRED. Hired directly with insurance, 401k, higher than avg. salary, sign-on bonus, and the list of benefits and perks goes on and on... Kelley Howard and Adecco did this for me. They have changed my life for the better in providing me with a position at a wonderful company - something for which I will NEVER GROW TIRED OF EXPRESSING MY APPRECIATION.
