4 Stars for care providers, only because they DON'T LISTEN 3 Stars overall, rapidly lowering to 1 0 Stars for off-shore billing department on the other side of Planet Earth, which is either CORRUPT or INCOMPETENT. Long and incredibly frustrating story: Ever since St Vincent's (owned and operated by the Catholic Church) decided to OFF SHORE all billing/insurance functions to Pakistan (or wherever), I get DOUBLE BILLED for co-pays. Twice, trying to deal with people in Pakistan (or wherever) over the phone, I was required to "provide proof" that I paid in the office. Even though I paid with my debit card, in the office, and proved it (not my job when bank transactions are instant and traceable), they sent me a REFUND check. I tore the first check up because they (Pakistan Billing LLC) didn't owe me. 2nd time they sent me a refund, I deposited it. They did not ask for that $ back. I visited again for a flu test, SAME EXACT thing all over again. I sent a 2 detailed messages with attached screen shots of the double bill side-by-side with the debit from my bank to Dr. Chaput via the "portal." All he (and Jessica last time) did was FORWARD my detailed explanation to Pakistan Billing LLC. OK, I'm reporting recurring problems with their offshore billing department but all anyone HERE IN THE USA DOES is send my complaint about double billing to the offshore double billing department. Can any reasonable human understand the issue? I'm shopping for an a replacement care provider, not due to poor health care, but due to the fact that the Catholic Church is nothing more than a giant corporation that treats us patients as numbers and sends our US $$$ offshore. Years ago I went here for the first time bc I recaught a respiratory infection that required serious antibiotics. When I first caught it I went to navy hospital and they gave me antibiotics. And caught it again and this damn doctor says it's allergies and the whole time I'm explaining to her my symptoms she asks me another question over me while I'm talking like shit I almost snapped had to control my temper. I don't have allergies. My acute respiratory infection is gone now BECAUSE I took natural remedies antibiotics from apple cider vinegar and green tea and raw garlic for a month. I scheduled an appointment for ADHD to get back on my medication. My entire appointment was based on this! I waited 2 weeks to see someone and after the appointment I was told they don't prescribe medicine for adhd here!! Outrageous, unprofessional and completely wrong! Now I have to wait longer to see someone to get back on my medication and I'm dealing with not paying for the visit which was entirely based on getting prescribed on my medication!! It's now been 3 weeks since I have called in to request a earlier medical appointment, due to heart issues. I'm a 31 year old male. So far since having my physical I have not been followed up with in regard to my blood work. I called in to request feedback due to kidney enzymes being elevated. As well as other elevations. This office has not shown one bit of urgency for me. They don't seem to show compassion or care. I left Baptist to try st Vincent. St Vincent's is way worse in terms of compassion and follow up. I came here because I had some awful ear pain. My husband recommended this location, so I checked in online and looked for an appointment. Once I secured an appointment I headed to the location. hi I When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the girl at the front desk, and then given a tablet to complete checkin. I was even able to pay on the tablet. I had an 830 appointment and was taken back within 10 minutes of check-in. I explained my symptoms and then the dr. examined me. To my surprise it wasn't an ear infection, but pretty bad TMJ. Not the diagnosis I was hoping for, because now I have to eat soft foods. Nonetheless Staff was friendly kind and courteous. The doctor also gave me several referrals and a recommendation for a doctor due to moving here from being out of state. If you have time to sit all day, come here. I made an appointment and 3 hours later I was still sitting there. Hardly anyone in there. They don't multitask or anything. While waiting on the doctor they could've been taking blood and getting other things done. Instead they just sit at the desk and talk. The doctor sees one person at a time. I went there by ambulance because my eye had a very bad infection, the nurses are very bad with taking blood I was poked 3 times, so they really f don't know how to locate veins really well. Plus I asked my female nurse and the male one if they could help with a ride back home, because I had epilepsy and no money, the male nurse said, yeah we can get you a ride home, then the female nurse came in took out the IV and said here's your paper work, then she said ascension doesn't provide rides home, I asked her why, ?she never answered , but said you can go through those doors and go leave through the waiting room. I don't have family here because I'm from New York City. This is the worst hospital I have ever encountered! Nurses just sitting and talking, waiting room lady just playing and talking in the waiting room. Companies need to make rules about cell phones being used, other than hospitals or doctor's needs. Don't take this reviews lightly. I learned a hard lesson and went to this facility for a simple UTI. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and I comforting. I have two insurances yet got stuck with a $300 despite having coverage on both insurances. They bill you very shady through the providers and are not transparent about coverage. I would not recommend going here. I've never had issues with coverage CareSpots or other urgent cares. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. VERY POORLY RAN AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT FOREVER, regardless of an appointment. Daughter has been very sick and we made an appointment for 10am online. When we arrived we were quickly checked in and sent to the back to wait. And wait, and wait. After 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting we were told it would be at least another 30 minutes. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT? Staff basically said appointments do not matter. We left without being seen. There are too many urgent care clinics around to waste your time at this one. Great service. Didn't have to wait long. Care was great. The doctor was very comforting and answered all my questions. The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. I can not say enough good things about the service we were provided here. I took my husband in because he wasn't feeling right. Terrible went in for a simple x-ray had no health insurance paid upfront.....simple right? Well they figured out a way not to make it simple they have a billing company that does not communicate with them cannot see any of the information I have been getting jerked back and forth for 3 months now on a 106 dollar bill that still after 10 calls know one can tell me exactly why I received this bill when I paid for my services upfront because again I had no health insurance, lady at the desk told me that the $239 included the x-ray with the visit. Dr. Chaput has been the kindest Doctor with my 78 year old mother. He's also helped her get diagnosed and the right medication for her memory that has changed her and our families lives. I switched my 83 year old father's primary to him because he's so patient, kind and respectful. I drive them from Saint Augustine because they're the best care I've found. read more

I wanted to be checked for any infections like ear, strep, sinus, etc. After an hour and a half of waiting, I got a doctor who just wanted to argue with me about my symptoms. My daughter went to this facility today 03/03/2022 because she was passing blood in her urine. They did a bunch of scans and told her they would send a prescription to Publix. She went to Publix and there was no prescription. Horrible service! Do not go to this facility because all they do is bill your insurance and fail in following through. I went to ASV on 210 on July 10th with my wife for a Covid test due to friends we had dinner with on the 6th found out their daughter tested positive on the 8th. First, I due want to say all staff and Doctor were friendly and professional. But that is all the good I can say about this visit. I called them prior to visiting and said I could be there by 1 pm. The person said no problem and to come earlier if I could. We arrived at 12:30. We completed the paper work and sat until about 1:15 before both my wife and I was taken to a room. The nurse took vitals etc and said the Doctor would be in to see us. The Dr. didn't get to the room until 2:40. She took the swabs to do testing and gave us a sheet of paper explaining when we would hear back and what precautions to take. On Thursday July 16th, we called as we had not heard anything and the paper the Dr. gave us said 4 to 7 days. The person answering the phone said no, the tests took 7 to 10 BUSINESS days at least. As of today, July 21st, we are still quarantining and have not heard anything. The couple that had dinner with us used a drive up clinic and had results the morning of the 14th. All family members of their daughter have been tested and results back in 1 to 3 days. All were negative. If your going to call yourself an Urgent Care center, I have a few suggestions. 1. Since the Dr. was overwhelmed being by herself, have the nurse do the swab. at drive ins, the patients do the swab. 2, Do not hand out literature to patients that is not accurate. To me, this is not a medical faciilty that should be using the word "urgent". read more

Paid $75 for a 5 minute virtual appointment with a PA. He prescribe some generic medicine that did not help and when I asked for a strep test he said that it most likely wasn't that even though he didn't examine me as it was a virtual appointment. When explain that I have had strep before earlier this year, he goes on to explain that most medical assistants don't know how to properly test for the test. Worst urgent care facility I've been to. I've been here not once but twice in separate occasions and different reasons so I think my assessment is fair and on point. Both visits, i was not seen by a doctor but rather a nurse practitioner who lacks customer service by refusing to listen to what the patient is saying. If a patient knows their past history, then they are there for affirmation of what their feeling and not to hear an opinion that's not based on a person's health history. To top it off, does he think that he is so special that all incoming patients know him and thus has no time to introduce who he is?!! I mean, who walks in the room with scrubs and looking like someone who could be a tech or the janitor and expect to be answering his personal questions? He does. If you are looking for diagnostic testing (X-ray, blood test, etc.), forget it. He said they offer none of those and really perform more first aid type of service. I'd frankly be surprised if they will even stitch you up if you need it. Note: they do have a lab upstairs but it was closed when I went in. Im with the person who talked about COVID testing. Same guy said results in 7-10 business days. It's been three weeks now. No follow up from the clinic at all. If you can, try to find another one if you need serious medical attention. read more

Horrible. I schedule my annual appointment and they inform me the office has moved up the road. No one calls to confirm my appointment and the email confirmation does not provide an address or phone number. I go to my appointment and end up at the wrong office because they did not move to a new location. I call to let them know I am lost and running late. They say "oh no problem, come on in!" Only to have me reschedule my appointment rather than having me reschedule on the phone before I drove all the way to the office. The receptionist says "you should know we run a tight schedule and don't tolerate 10 minutes late" Very rude, and disrespectful. There are plenty of doctors offices to choose from.
