Zero stars if that were possible…read more Our appointment was scheduled for 2:55 PM, and my son was only called at 3:51 PM and now almost one hour late. During this time, two other families who arrived after us and had later appointment times were seen before us, with no explanation at all. Beyond the excessive wait, the customer service is terrible. The staff is unfriendly, barely communicates, and refuses to explain what is going on. No apologies, no transparency, no respect for our time. This is a pediatric office : parents and children deserve patience, organization, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this location delivers none of that. Very poor experience. I do not recommend this place.

I'm obviously shocked by this. I say "excuse me" I can see through the opening in the door there is clearly a patient and her mother talking to the receptionist. the staff working says while clinging onto the door "we are still on lunch we will unlock the door at 2". and closed the door on me. OK COOL! I'm done!

Around that time (2014-2020), our first adoption was already presenting behaviors that had us concerned and we tried to get the three doctors attention, but were dismissed at every attempt. Children go through short phases in life, but those behaviors were persistent and was the cause of much distress in our home. Have your child in the care of a group of doctors may have advantages, but in our case proved to be a misfortune. Only in Oct 2020 our child was diagnosed with Epilepsy (anxiety and depression as comorbid conditions), and finally in June 2021 the child was diagnosed with the alphabet soup (ADHD, DMDD, GAD and MDD)! The lack of resources and services in the area caused this child and our family much suffering and we believe that all started here, mom being dismissed in her concerns. Most recently, this same child was diagnosed with FASD. None of these diagnoses has origin in these office/group!! Ladies, be wise! Being one of the very few doctors in our area that takes Medicaid, I am sure that at least half of the children in your care are either adopted or foster care kids... these kids have traumas and issues their current families or placements aren't even aware of!!

Nurse comes out to the waiting room and takes my kid's height and weight in room that is still in the lobby with the door wide open for all other patients to view. She then proceeds to give a hearing screening in this same lobby area (administered incorrectly on many levels) with all of the noise in the lobby and keeps asking my son if he heard the beep. First, that's leading and makes the hearing screening inaccurate, and second the environment in which it was being conducted was loud and public. I pointed that out to her so she then closed the door. She then takes us back to the exam room and informs me that both my 10 year old son and 12 year old daughter would need to completely strip down for their exam and if they needed one they could have a gown. It was at this point that I walked out of the office.

The call…read morecenter is quite literally the worst, they will pretend they cannot hear you and hang up on you I know it's a lie because this is something common in call centers. I have worked in a call center position and know how things go in the medical field. I have tried both leaving messages on my chart and calling to get ahold of providers, I had an u/s for my head and never got a call just a text from my provider, no follow up was offered and I had to mention what I thought would be the next step and never got a response till MONTHS later when I called to schedule a separate apt and was told I would need another visit to get said requested order; even though I was seen for this problem prior, still having concerns and no answers, if you'd like effective and efficient care do not come here and save yourself time. Additionally the first time I came here my provider was on maternity leave and there was a weird male working who was telling me not to get married, not to get pregnant and then proceeded to tell me about his foreign wife and commenting about my looks and offered a Pap smear same day LOL. THIS FACILITY NEEDS PROFESSIONALS.

She wanted to hear about each of the kids' medical histories, asked pertinent questions and gave us specialist recommendations to transfer care from our old providers in CT to FL. This is their 2nd location so it's smaller and usually only has 2 pediatricians on site. The lobby is open and clean, the front desk MA usually greets us using our child's name, which I'm very pleased with because it makes us feel familiar and comfortable. The check up rooms are small with very few equipments (bed, 2-3 chairs, scale and sanitizer container) and no sink to wash our hands or the doctor's, hopefully they'll improve that in the near future. Our scheduled well visit usually doesn't take longer than an hour and a half. The medical assistants do all the prep work on the child, weigh, measure, triage before the doctor comes in. Dr. Oles is very quick, almost too quick..sometimes! I had to slow her down and ask questions so we could have a better understanding of the diagnosis at our last appointment. I do feel like they rush us out of the office at some of our appointments but I suppose that's normal in all doctors offices, nowadays. I would recommend this office if your baby doesn't get sick often and you enjoy the express lane check up.
