Doctors and nurse care is good. However we got very frustrated just trying to get Test results and an MRI set up. Lots of miss communication! My husband has been sick for a month and it took weeks to get to an MRI then it was canceled again because of communication issues! He will be six for 6 weeks by the time he gets this test done! read more

I would not recommend going here after my brief interaction with the 3 women behind the desk and the youngish doctor who popped his head around the corner with an eye roll only to say "if we're going to do this, let's make it quick". I was appalled, seriously. I work in service as a yacht chef and I cannot imagine treating the most annoying of guests in this manner. Having not felt well all day and having just mustered literally all my energy to get to an after hours clinic before close, (hours posted state 8pm) I fully expect the people working there, at the very least, to greet patients in a friendly and empathetic manner NO MATTER WHAT even when they walk in at 7:29. And EVEN if it's to tell me "we close early when we're not that busy". I felt like I got the side-eye the moment I entered the lobby. After the comment from the Dr, I decided immediately I didn't want to be treated by this establishment no matter how sick I felt.. I told them "I don't want to put anyone out" and walked out. Crazy thing is, I read through the several bad reviews of this place before going but thought I'd give them a shot and if I had a good experience I would be sure to lift them up with a good review. Within the first minute of the ladies attitude, I knew I'd take the time to write this. With other options in town, I'd leave town before going back to this clinic. I ended up and can HIGHLY recommend AMD URGENT CARE (open til 10!!) across town near Uncle Ray's Dairyland. Please don't go here... they weird and they be talking about patients. They gave me weird looks maybe because of racism. All the nurses were stuck up and rude. They seemed like they didn't want me there so I won't be going again. Bad experience! As soon as I walked in I felt the energy. read more

Went in and couldn't get anything I needed done. (They don't do labs). Was told I had one thing wrong only to get worse and end up in ER and told this Dr was wrong! No one explained anything and front desk staff is rude. Also my pharmacy never received the rx that this place claimed to send over. Even after I called them back. I got here right when they opened and the front desk girl wasted nearly an hour of my time! She was whispering talking to me while 10 feet away turned facing a computer. She asked for all of my personal information and then asked why I was visiting when I said "I do not want to announce that!" She grinned and then had me fill out paperwork. I completed the entire thing and waited. She called me back up and asked birthdays, and more questions I had already written down!! I wait some more and she says she's just waiting for my insurance to be verified and then asked if I had a different card. I just stormed out because I wasted almost an hour at this point. I went to WellNow just down the street and my info cleared immediately and was seen within 10 minutes!!!!! The front desk girl at Ascent is so unprofessional and incompetent! Other patients could not hear her either and I could see them getting frustrated as well, so it was not just me. Also, they had a sign they charge $100 for your visit regardless of insurance because some people didn't pay their bills! That's so wrong! read more

I went here to get some stitches removed. They were busy. All covid testing was done at the patients car. One patient at a time in the lobby. Everyone was professional and taking safety measures. This urgent care is the best one I've ever been to honestly. I'm accident prone so most likely I'll be back. Highly recommend if in need. read more
