If I could separate this review I would give it a 1 star for communication. Communication was awful. Doctors did not return calls to me while my mom (who has dementia) was in the hospital. Nurses did not know answers and would tell me I needed to speak with the doctor but I was never in the room when the doctor came. I had to make numerous phone calls to find out when she was being released because no one could or would call me. She was left in the bed all day one day because she thought she had to be and no one got her up because physical therapy had already signed off on her. The doctor that did call me said that she would be able to go home the next morning but it was two full days later that she finally was discharged. If your loved one is not able to take care of themselves, I would not recommend this hospital.

He visited a chiropractor…read morewho recommended we see our primary and get a steroid injection when we get home, I decided to look for an urgent care in the area to see if they'd do this type of service so we didn't have to wait 5+ days and could finish out our vacation. I called Stat one as it had the best reviews in the area, I was told they could do the steroid shot and had their PA text me to arrange a time to meet at the office. Katie was great, we arranged to meet after both of us had finished lunch, she got my spouse in right away we discussed his symptoms and she gave him a steroid and anti inflammatory shot as well as sending in a steroid pack and muscle relaxers for him. This is better care than we get at our local urgent care in our town- we were highly impressed with the care here and recommend it to anyone who needs care while out of town we come down to Indian Rocks yearly as well as our entire family and if we ever needed care again we would totally be returning to this location! 1000/10!

Excellent Care at Bardmoor BayCare HealthHub…read more Since July 2023 I have received excellent care at the BayCare HealthHub - Bardmoor in their Medical Imaging, Laboratory, and Emergency Departments. It all exceeds my expectations. Without exception, the doctors, nurses, technicians and support staff have been thoroughly skilled, kind, caring and efficient. I could not imagine better care. They all deserrve TEN stars. They patiently answer all my questions and explain everything in terms I understand. They provide timely test results to both me and my primary health care provider. It is easy to make appointments and I have never had to spend more than ten minutes in a waiting room. The entire facility is immaculate and very well maintained. I was surprised to learn that it is approximately 17 years old. It looks brand new. Added amenities are the Deli and Gift Shop. Delicious food and coffee, lovely unique gifts, all at reasonable prices. Also plenty of free parking. I am grateful that I live near such a fine hospital and plan never to go anywhere else unless referred by BayCare HealthHub - Bardmoor.

I started going to WellMed, specifically Dr. Wiredu, about a year ago and I have found home. Pros: Excellent and efficient office staff Extremely friendly and nice nurses Dr Wiredu takes time to see how you are doing, she listens and she explains everything. She also takes your medical concerns seriously. I had a visit with Dr Shnitser as well who was just as nice and provided great care. Cons: None
