The union and their parking garage company have just failed to ensure safety of their residents and deal with the harassment I have received from the parking attendant Boschco. The other attendant is great! Sad to leave this review but safety for residents is important! They also asked me to share evidence of this incident which is completely understandable as this should not be taken lightly. I have photos and provided evidence but they dismissed it. Also, I saw another review about the parking passes having issues scanning. I have had this issue as well. Very frustrating. I am working on dealing with this through the union and the garage company but if this goes unresolved I will be filing a report through law enforcement. Chapman Jackson (community manager) stated in an email to me, "If you feel like a crime has been committed, we encourage you to report it to the officials." That is what will have to be done if conditions continue to be unresolved since it doesn't seem to be the garage company or the union's concern to ensure the safety of residents.

However, as I arrived to park my truck the people greeted me and ask if I was new to the parking area. They gave me clear directions and the shuttles picked me up within 5 minutes after parking. I checked in on Yelp and they gave me a $2 off coupon (which I totally forgot to use when check out!). When I got back from my trip, they give you a card with where to get picked up. Depending on your terminal, the directions were pretty easy. I got picked up within 20 minutes and back to my truck with 10. I checked out and they gave me a free car wash coupon at Cobble Stone. I think that's why I forgot to show them my $2 off coupon. I got too excited for a free car wash! Thank you to the staff for making an easy in and out trip!

The vibes in the stadium are electric (especially if you're in the student section). Recently, I've been coming here to watch the ASU women's basketball team stack up wins during this historic season. They currently remain undefeated at home. The stadium is located on Tempe campus a short walk away from a light rail station. There is also tons of parking available nearby. Ingress and egress from the stadium are super quick. Staff is friendly. There are a few options available for concessions and merch available if you need some more ASU swag. The stadium is aging and could use some updates but overall function for the purpose it serves.

We ALWAYS use The Parking Spot when traveling for long weekends or the trips. There are currently 3…read morelocations near the airport and we usually use #2. They make everything really easy, and they are now fully shaded!!! So awesome! Reservations can be made online through the app. Upon arrival, you can scan the QR code that is created when you make the reservation, and the workers will tell you which aisle to go down. Once you've unpacked the vehicle of your belongings and locked up, a bus will usually be ready to pick you up at your car! The seating is nice and there's racks for your suitcases while you travel to the airport. They'll ask which airline you're going to and take you directly there. You'll also receive a card to give back them when you pick up your car, so they'll know where to drop you off. When you've come back and are ready to pick up your car, the buses will be located down in courtesy vehicles of the arrivals area. I think when you make the reservations you'll put in information about your flight too, so they'll have a general idea of when to pick you up. But make sure you get on the right bus, as there are three different locations. Once you're dropped off at your car, you'll drive back to the gates and scan your QR code again and pay. They offer complimentary water bottles too when you exit! I love The Parking Spot and recommend it to everyone!
