Nobody answered the phone and everyone drove by us. They gave us a slight discount for the waiting. This 3rd time, called, was told where to go, went there, shuttle came, waved them down. No one inside of there, and just drove by us about 3 shuttles up. Started walking there, and the guy drove off. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the next shuttle. New driver was nice and apologized. Told us to tell the ladies in the front and they just said there's nothing they can do. Lame.

The first time I came here, I must have pulled a ticket from the machine going into the facility instead of scanning the barcode on the email that was sent to me when I made my initial reservation. Soooo, that led me to pay for a full day when I tried to exit. I don't remember actually pulling a ticket because I scanned my barcode when I went in. I guess omw out of the facility is when I pulled the ticket, and I panicked because there was no other way out and there were already 3 cars behind me. I was trapped so I had no choice but to pay twice my reservation cost, around $64 to get out. My second time, I read the email thoroughly and upon reading the response to my initial review from management, that is definitely what happened. Now I know better!! I do like this service as the shuttles come and go it seems every 5 minutes. Once I get to the curb at the airport, a shuttle usually just pulls right up. I don't have to text anyone or wait forever like I've had to do with other shuttles. My car is secured in their outdoor lot where most spots are actually covered, and the walk from the shuttle to my car is very short. The property is well lit and the office usually has an employee at the desk in the lobby area. Be sure to scan that email QR code upon entering and exiting so you don't make the same mistake I did! I emailed them but did not get a partial refund. Oh well.

It's a 45 min mat pilates class taught by Abby and Melanie. May 30th was their last rooftop class for now until it gets cooler out again. My cousins happened to find the event and 4 of us joined since there was a 2 for 1 deal (about $11 each!). It was my first time taking a mat pilates class and I loved it, minus the burning sun part. If this were in spring or fall, it would be perfect! I parked one below in the shade and as soon as I walked up, I could already hear the music the dj had on and it was just my kinda music. Surrounding the grass area were different vendors including Starbucks, a matcha bar, skin care, tarot, gummies, protein bars, bread and cookies, women's health, massages, IV shots, health coaching and merch. The details of the event didn't say to bring our own mat so two of us forgot to pack one. Luckily, the instructors had a bunch of extras for anyone who forgot. They also provided bands for everyone. Those bands killed us. You'll feel the burn the next day. In fact, my whole body was sore for a few days and I started feeling it already that same night. After the class ended, we browsed the vendors. I purchased some gummies (hair/nails and energy), had a quick tarot reading done, grabbed some freebies and 2purchased matchas. We ALWAYS use The Parking Spot when traveling for long weekends or the trips. There are currently 3…read morelocations near the airport and we usually use #2. They make everything really easy, and they are now fully shaded!!! So awesome! Reservations can be made online through the app. Upon arrival, you can scan the QR code that is created when you make the reservation, and the workers will tell you which aisle to go down. Once you've unpacked the vehicle of your belongings and locked up, a bus will usually be ready to pick you up at your car! The seating is nice and there's racks for your suitcases while you travel to the airport. They'll ask which airline you're going to and take you directly there. You'll also receive a card to give back them when you pick up your car, so they'll know where to drop you off. When you've come back and are ready to pick up your car, the buses will be located down in courtesy vehicles of the arrivals area. I think when you make the reservations you'll put in information about your flight too, so they'll have a general idea of when to pick you up. But make sure you get on the right bus, as there are three different locations. Once you're dropped off at your car, you'll drive back to the gates and scan your QR code again and pay. They offer complimentary water bottles too when you exit! I love The Parking Spot and recommend it to everyone!

I'm not knocking taking Uber/Lyft because it is also convenient and gets you to your gate but self parking gives you more control on getting into your car and being able to drive, stop off for food and then head home . It's also monitored parking with cameras all over the place and I've not heard of any car thefts or incidents happening here, which is also a huge plus!!! 3 days of parking for $47 isn't bad! I'll never forget the time I returned from a trip getting in super late when no one else was around and I was so exhausted that I forgot where I parked. Lol I am sure that security had a good laugh as I road the tram at least 3 times trying to remember where I parked! I've since learned to take pictures. There are a couple of restaurants that I frequent here like Hulu's, Blue Martini and The Boozy (now closed). Torch is a good place to grab a cigar. High Street will occasionally host events. I have been here a couple of times for their cars shows. Classic cars line the streets for people to view and enjoy. They put up lights and a Christmas tree during the holidays which makes the area beautiful to see from the freeway. Apartments aren't cheap here. But you are paying for the amenities and for being close proximity to all of the options that High Street has to offer.
