We were coming to the Cityscape for lunch & I told my husband let's look for a garage, couldn't believe how lucky we were that it was right by the restaurant we were going to for lunch. This garage doesn't have any attendants therefore it's card only, in addition you can pre-pay for parking on your phone. Once we came up the ramp as we were entering the garage which was on a weekday afternoon we immediately found several open spots available.... no need to drive in an endless circle up & down the ramp! Immediately we were loving this garage because this is a rarity especially for being a downtown area! As we were heading towards the elevator we noticed that they have a charging station for four vehicles with a three hour time limit! Once we were done with our lunch we tapped our validated ticket & just had to pay the difference of $5! This garage we just loved, wish there were more like this out there... we couldn't have asked for a better garage experience plus it's very clean & well kept.

I must have been in a hurry to not notice the sign that clearly stated that my EV vehicle needed to be plugged in and charging to park in an EV stall. All I recalled was that there was a 3 hour limit. I was parked there for less than an hour and came back to a violation warning letter on my windshield. Since I was in a hurry to head to my next spot, I was very grateful for the warning and that they didn't boot my car to collect violation fees as per their note.

Even larger SUVs and trucks fit comfortably, while smaller cars feel like they have endless room. If parking spots had a luxury category, these would easily qualify. I had to take a different route than what Google maps was showing me because of an accident that blocked off the typical entry point to get here. I left early enough thank God, so that helped because I lost about a half hour trying to find this place. I had to ask a cop who had the road blocked how to get in. Once I arrived, the door was closed, but as I walked up to the door, Ayush opened it and checked me in. The process was quick. He didn't need my I.D. or anything since I made my reservation online ahead of time. He asked for some basic info including my email, phone #, license plate #, returning flight #, etc. It took about 5 minutes. He then assisted the couple behind me before we walked out to my car. The process was so easy! I didn't realize it's a "valet service." I've never done this before but the Google reviews are on point! Once you get checked in, they drive you to the airport in your own car (unless you want to drive). You get dropped off at the curb, and they take your car back to the establishment and keep it there until you return. Ayush also mentioned that most of their parking spots are covered, so that was music to my ears! The pricing can't be beat, either. Compared to ubering and parking at the airport, I saved a good chunk of moolah!! I'll be sure to leave my ride here from now on. I can't believe I've been wasting money ubering to and from my place!! Pick up was also a breeze, as I called to let them know I was on an earlier flight and they said to just call them when I had my baggage.
