Come in, scan, and park. Bus will come and get you and your bags. On the way back they will come get you and drive you back to your car and unload your bags. The only thing that kind of sucked was that we didn't know exactly where to be picked up to be taken back to the lot. There are multiple lots so was unsure of which one to get on either (hint: the sign on front says what lot that bus is going to). read more

On 4/15/26 I had a Premium Parking Spot reserved for 3:30 AM . Upon arrival the gate agent directed me to my parking indicating the shuttle was waiting but never came. We missed our 45 min window for check in time thus missed our flight. The next shuttle didn't come for over 30 min. I have been a long time customer of the Parking Spot in Phoenix. What happened to the 5 star service from years ago? Shuttle takes about 15 minutes or longer to arrive for pickup at the airport. Years ago 5 minutes would be the longest I would have to wait. Upon arrival at the Parking Spot, there are times you have to wait about 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up at your car to go to the airport. Some of the drivers don't help with bringing your luggage up to the shuttle. The shuttles all rattle, either the roads are super bad or the shuttles need a tune up. Please bring back the 5 star service. read more

Not a happy returning traveler this eve! Watched the pickup shuttle pull away while I jog toward it, waving my arms... It only slowed, not even a stop! (Yes, it was the correct shuttle for Parking Spot 1). When I called, the staff questioned if I was in the correct pickup location... of course I was, as I was close enough to almost touch the back of the bus! Returned early yesterday morning and The Parking Spot 1 had me waiting for over an hour. I called the lady that answered said that the app doesn't work after midnight. My reservation was scheduled for returned at 12:30am. the app didn't say that it would be down when I made the reservation. We parked our car for a couple of days at Parking Spot 1, and everything went smoothly. We even got a free car wash coupon from them!

I have used Parking Spot 1 and 2 and both are in close proximity to each other and the airport. Both locations are excellent and is just up to personal preference on which location you want to use. I now prefer Parking Spot 1 only because this is an all covered location, which is especially important to me during the brutal summers. Parking Spot 2 offers both covered and uncovered spots and is usually more affordable than Parking Spot 1 if you are looking to save a little bit of money. Staff at both locations are wonderful. There is no other off-site parking service that I want to use. read more

Since the incident at 2 we decided to go back to 1. We arrived last night. The app said we needed to call. I called to inform them we were waiting at the designated area. It took them 25 mins to get to us. Upon arrival the bus was super full and were told we can't stand so I had to squeeze myself in between a family who refused to scoot closer. Once again struggled with getting the app to let us out with scan. The two chatty Cathy's refused to help. I finally got it to work after 5 mins. After years of using the parking spot we will no longer be using any of their locations. read more

i've been a Parking Spot customer for going on 15 years now. I even have their Parking Spot app on my phone. I went to schedule a parking reservation for Oct 9, 2025 for a 3 day stay and now they try to jack up the price to $25 a day. Even when I use my points, instead of giving me the lower price for making pre-paid reservation, they want to charge me 27.50 per day. I used to be able to park here for $16-$19 a day. now they are ripping off their loyal customers so I am going to start parking at Crown Plaza for $16 a day or pre-flight for $18 a day. heck you can park at the airport at the terminal for $30 a day without having to ride in their overheated poorly air-conditioned vans. read more

Well. Picked up my vehicle today and checking out was easy as can be. Just show the app to the scanner done. The shuttle bus we just missed when we came out of the terminal so had to wait about 15 minutes. Which wasn't bad. The driver named Abidi (so?) was the same fellow we had at drop off. CUSTOMERS BEWARE...my vehicle was towed without my knowledge and without my approval! I returned from a three day trip to a vacant spot...no vehicle where I left it. Only to learn that they towed my 2025 F250 4x4 to the other side of the lot because they claim I parked in an area they needed to access for overhead service. The spot I chose was not roped off. The space next to mine had a cone in it and spaces down the row had cones in each spot but several adjacent spaces had no cones. My platinum membership has my cell number and my email address but I did not even get the courtesy of notification. My truck is a $100k value vehicle and I have no idea if a flatbed was used or what damage may have been done to drive train as I assume they had to "skip" it onto the tow truck since all axles were locked. I had an unbelievably bad experience recently and wanted to caution other customers about what happened and the poor fashion management at Lot 2 handled it. This business does not care about customers. They do not respect customers property. Extremely poor customer value based on my experience. Pay more if you have to but beware of this business. I am a 7 year platinum customer using lot #1 one to two times per week. read more

This was the easiest parking service experience I've ever had. Once you enter the parking lot, a shuttle will follow you to the parking space that you choose. They will load your luggage on the shuttle, they take you to your terminal. When they pick you up from the airport, they drive you directly to your car and help you load your luggage back up. Easy peasy as they say! Booked online for a discount, scanned my Qcode at entry, parked the car and the shuttle driver was out and loading our bags! When we arrived home, I checked the app and watched the shuttle bus arrive with no more than a 5 minute wait. The driver unloaded out bags into the car. Awesome service! We use The Parking Spot regularly because it is less expensive and it is less stress to utilize this service. I recently returned from my Dad's funeral to find this! I was amazed I had no damage and I spoke to the staff who called the manager and they really didn't do anything. I think they should have charged him for taking up two spots! I do have to say it was very stressful to get out of the spot! I folded in my mirrors and maneuvered very very carefully. What was also surprising is this driver of the truck also was resting on the parking pole in front of the parking space!! I just wish after using their services so much and for so long they would have done ... something! read more

I was always parking at the airport and had to try and remember to noon ahead to get the best rates and I forgot a few times so I looked for alternatives. I saw other reviews and tried this myself on the Parking Spot on Washington. It was easy breezy. The buses are quick and frequent and it is easy to find your car. I love the ease of use with QR codes to get in and out of the garage. Use the app for even easier access and you don't have to print anything. You can't beat the prices at around $14 per day and for covered parking - got toll to have that in AZ! The staff are friendly and they give you a fresh bottle of water on the way out. read more

New covered parking spots are to narrow and lanes are to tight. Could not get a truck to fit if cars were already parked on each side and was hard to get out. This was just greed on the part of the company and the prices have increased to a point way out of control. Only way I will go back is to use my free days and have to take smaller car hope it does not get damaged by people trying to get out of their own cars or exit their parking spots. Just a total disappointment. You should have designated truck and SUV parking area which parking spots designed to accommodate these size vehicles. read more

We just got off a 5 hour flight from Maryland with 3 toddlers ages 5 weeks, 3 years old and 5 years old. After loading all 8 of our bags onto a yellow parking spot bus the driver asked to see our ticket and informed us we were on the wrong bus and he would need to return us to the airport to get on a different yellow bus to a different lot. The bus proceeded to drop everyone off and after the bus driver dropped everyone off I asked him if he could just drop us off at the correct Lot we needed to go to ( same company) He said he needed to ask his manager so he drove us to the office and he asked his manager Kelly if he could just take a 3 minute detour and drop us off at the correct lot. Kelly told him no and they dropped us back off at the airport only to unload and reload our bags onto another yellow parking spot bus with 3 exhausted toddlers at 8 pm. I'm highly dissapointed in the lack of customer service by this manager named Kelly, especially since we are traveling with such young kids. This corporate company will NEVER our business again due to Kelly's lack of customer service read more

I don't get it. Maybe they want to go out of business and put up an Arby's or something.... It's just horrible customer service in Phoenix. In addition to not allowing me to use the discounts and free days on my previous visit, we tried again today and found they raised the rates with NO notice to club members or corporate customers. And both times we've been connected to "Rob" as the manager at The Spot 2. He is very rude and no help at all. His attitude is, "too bad, that's how it is." Well we may get a corporate discount but the new rates and poor service are not worth it. PreFlight is down the road and gives solid discounts with lower rates. We parked in the south lot and the customer service was terrible! The woman who sat in the front both couldn't of been more rude. Their communication was awful. We waited at the airport for 1/2 hour for a shuttle to show up from the south lot, while the other two lots each had a shuttle twice in the same time period. When we called the lot to inquire as to when the shuttle would arrive, the person who answered the phone yelled at us. We had just gotten off a 10 hour flight at the end of a very long day of travel and to be treated so rudely was the last thing we needed. This is the first AND last time we will use this service. read more

Parked my car here as I went for a weekend trip to CA. Pricing is great and discounted when you reserve it online. It's a huge outdoor parking lot that provides shaded parking so your car doesn't cook in the Arizona sun. They have free shuttles that take you to and from Sky Harbor airport. When you exit the parking after you retrieve your vehicle, they also give you free ice cold water bottles. I highly recommend this place. read more

Am a long time customer having travelled for many years and used the Parking Spot. Stopped traveling for a while while treated for lymphoma with chemo. When I restarted my travel learned that all my hundreds of points had expired! So much for a loyalty program. But still a fool, I used them for parking 10 days. Tonight I returned and the app reader wasn't working. A line of cars behind me and the employee behind the window came out, tried and then said he needed the card???????what card, I'd used the app and my cc was on file as the reservation was made with this app. He kept saying he needed the card and finally I convinced him to just push the button and the gate opened. What a cluster f@@k after traveling all day. So my advice, be prepared to lose all LOYALTY points and long lines to get out of the parking lot due to incompetent staff. Good luck. PS. I almost forgot how this nightmare began. Arrived at the north door #7 and waited 30 minutes for a # 1 bus. Watched # 2 and South buses come and go and finally the #1 arrived. I will definitely use them again however, the driver who picked us up at the airport (Anthony) was a rude, egotistical jerk. He didn't help anyone get their bags off the bus and got upset with one of the passengers when they helped people.
