The staff is very kind and they take time to do your eyebrows. I will say that what I found particularly unprofessional was the owner of the establishment, Asha, sitting cross-legged on one of the waiting chairs and talking VERY loudly on her phone to whomever about relationships and whatnot. There was no music to drown it out. As a customer, it looked so poor to have the owner of the shop doing that while her workers are diligently working. I went to this salon for the first time for haircut and hair color. The lady who applied the color had no idea what to do & the lady doing the eyebrows showed her how to apply . Then the owner came & finished applying color. The first lady was told to wash my hair, she took so long & kept on scrubbing my forehead & later saw she had put color on my forehead. The owner kept on making excuses & charged me $5 extra as she realized I was not going to tip her . The eyebrow & haircut was good. Awful awful awful... I came back here because a friend mentioned that they had gotten better since before. However, the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no sense of privacy or curtesy for customers. They get easily frustrated when you point out their mistakes (I.e. pouring on scalding wax) and attempt to correct you. I mentioned numerous times that the wax was scalding hot. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix it, I was reprimanded by their staff and told only hot wax works. Yes, wax needs to be warm for hair removal, but not scalding hot to cause burns. What makes it worse is that they cannot do a thorough job waxing, missing lots of spots, and blame you for not double checking their work. They will open the room that you're in while in the middle of waxing with no regards for your privacy. To add insult to injury, after you've been burned, in tremendous pain from their lack of competence, the ask you if you want to give them a tip on your credit card. They shame you if you refuse to leave a tip for an inept job. All in all, don't come here. Go to any other salon you can find. read more

Very in experienced staff . Even i tried to correct in between , they didn't understand. Even the person sitting next to me also complained saying it is not happening in a expected way. IN between she got a call from customer who has the same complaint. So with in a span of 30mins i stayed there i saw 3 unhappy people. The staff are friendly and really anxious to serve with the tools provided. They are very prompt in suggesting additional services even if you don't need it. Their rooms for facials are very cold, stark and noisy. Something that can easily be perfected but then.. a serious lack of that spa like feeling. Be prepared to wait if you add on services mid stream. They tend to do many jobs at the same time so you're left waiting for this and that. The ambience needs a facelift and a calmer atmosphere. If i could leave no stars I would. The worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Asked for staff's names and they would not give them to us. Asked for the staff that cut the hair and was told it was at another location. Asha herself came in and was even ruder than her staff. She accused us of stealing because there was a dish at the register with what look like an Indian candy, so we grabbed one and she accused us of stealing and called 911. They chased us out of the store with their phones trying to take pictures of us. It was the worst experience ever. Beware!!!!! Do not use this salon. We were the only non-indian customers at this salon. One of the customers that was waiting was a male customer and was yelling at us. Sometimes there's a long line, but usually they can start working on you the minute you walk in so you'll be done in 5-10 minutes. They're extremely fast about getting me in and out of an eyebrow appointment. You can always just walk in like I do. They're pretty quick for waxing services as well. They can be pretty rude though. I checked in at 4 pm, waited for 20 minutes, and never got a call. I have decided to leave since she never called me. It is now 5:44 pm and never received the call. It was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. And I will not be going back. Normally, I would just tweeze my eyebrows or get them waxed, but my sister knew someone who recommended pinkie for the job. So we went to try it out. Pinkie was fast and normally that would be okay if the service had not been effected by her speed. My eyebrows had a missing patch of hair. This was one of the worst threading/waxing experiences I've ever had. I went in and asked for full face waxing, and Pinky asked me if I wanted my neck done as well. I said no, because, frankly, no one looks at my neck. She proceeded to wax my face and thread my eyebrows. The waxing wasn't too painful. However after about 10 minutes, she was done. I was positive she couldn't have gotten everything, so I checked carefully and had her go back to some places. I paid, left a good tip, and went to my car. I got in my car and I saw that I had a lot of hair left that I didn't see in the poorly lit salon. I went back and told her, and she was incredibly defensive. I pointed out places that had hair on them, and she threaded them. Then we got into an argument about what constituted a "neck." See, I assumed that face waxing includes the bottom of your chin since, you know, the chin is part of your face. Apparently she didn't, so when I went to point out that the bottom of my chin was hairy, she told me I wanted it that way. Then when I told her that the side of my eyebrow was too long, she told me that that's how it was supposed to be. I'm pretty sure that it's supposed to be how I want it to be since it's my face. Now, you may think I'm one of those bitches that always gets upset with these kinds of things, but the woman who went after me sat in her chair and went through the same thing, pointing out hairs that Pinky had missed. My company is a part of the dfw appreciation program so I PURCHASED a coupon for this place and this establishment once aware treats you very differently than other customers. They will only give appointments for Tue, Wed and Thur and only before 5 pm if you are a coupon holder none of these criteria are mentioned in the coupon. So there is no possible way for a working person to make it to the appointment. I even tried one day to get there by 5 but was late by 15 mins so they refused to take me anymore and said there will be a 25$ charge for being late. I bought this to try the salon. At the time I bought it I became ill and was unable to use it before expiration. Before it expired I called and asked for a refund. The owner said that she would honor it. I told her it would be several months since I was having medical treatments. She said ok. I showed up today for my appointment (a hour and a half drive) since it is close to my work and I am off. When I got there they refused to take the groupon. I told her (Asha) that the girl on the phone told me they would honor. She said no one would have told me that. Do not use this salon they are very dishonest.
