I always receive a great waxing here. Leslie is a great technician, funny and provides great conversation and does a through job waxing. She is a great asset for this company. read more

Was headed into this establishment and before I could open the door, I was not feeling the vibe. I was already ALLSET. One staff member was on her phone and the other was on her phone laying down in the window bench seating. Immediately felt like walking in to inquire would be an intrusion and was looking to add any conflict to my plate. I get that sometimes there is downtime, but it shouldn't look that obvious. The only person that should be laying down is the person that's getting the waxing..... read more

I love their packages! Makes waxing a little more affordable, and they don't expire. Most of the waxing technicians are pretty good, I did experience one horrible one, but other than that every single person is super accommodating. The best part, sometimes you can snag an appointment the day of! Overall, they are not super pushy, which I love! They do have products the recommend, but I just go for the waxes! read more

5 Stars! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Leslye was the one who took care of me, and I have to say, she's amazing! Not only is she super professional and skilled, but she's also incredibly down-to-earth and real, which made the whole process so much easier. She made me feel at ease, and I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend this place and Leslye specifically if you're looking for great service and a warm, friendly atmosphere! read more

Have been going here for multiple years...always receive great service and love the packages for buying ahead! Everyone is friendly and I also love the location! read more

Absolutely LOVE this location! Brittany is my go to! Her knowledge and vibe make the entire experience surprisingly enjoyable! If you're a first time waxer - they offer a free service! Their wax is a hard wax and no strips are used. Amazing experience. Life time customer! read more

Do NOT get a membership here. It is a complete nightmare to cancel. They will send you down a rabbit hole of filling out the same questionnaire on their website and calling numbers that seem to only lead to voicemail. You'll keep getting charged months after you've submitted a request via their website. When you call the studio, they claim they cannot refund the incorrect charge and don't have the ability to cancel the membership. I never got a response from calling the customer service number even after leaving a voicemail. I ended up having to dispute the charge and get my bank involved in order to get a refund for last month. Hopefully I will not be incorrectly charged again. This has been so frustrating! read more

the wax technician (Bridge) at the Allen location was very rude. She would benefit greatly from additional customer service training.

Great place for a Brazilian Wax. Good prices, excellent service! For all your waxing needs in the Metroplex, this is the place to go.

Depil Brazil, I want to say first off I love this company, it was found by a women who came to the states and made this wax herself and now has branches all over. Today was my first time going to this waxing studio, and although i have gotten Brazilians before; this was its own experience. I called the night before and set up my appointment and when I went in today I was greeted by the lovely receptionist named Chloe who really enhanced the experience. She was welcoming and engaging and educated me as well while making an effort to make me comfortable for my experience. My waxer Sana made me feel at ease, she was patient and educated me on the products they provided as well as taking her time and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I look forward to getting my waxes from here on forward. read more

Depil Brazil Waxing Studio - Allen - Waxing Near Me - Allen, Texas

Horrible service when you call to cancel . I had the wrong number so didn't receive an appointment reminder and the individual who answered the phone asked 100000 questions about how I gave the wrong number. Stay out my business and cancel the appointment lol. 0/10 don't recommend read more

Depil is very consistent. I've used multiple locations and have always had pleasant experiences.

I am new to Depil, but my experience was great. My esthetician is Delaney and I love her! I highly recommend her to everyone. She is great at what she does. She is fast but proficient. She is professional and personable. I also enjoyed the wax that was use it felt really good on my skin. The vibe in the studio was welcoming and I will definitely be back! read more

I went in as a first time customer using their promotion for the first Brazilian wax free. The wax was literally so hot and not once did she ask if the temperature was okay. Also she had asked me if I wanted the inside of my thighs waxed and I said yes -- it ended up being an additional $22 (you should let the customer know if there are additional charges). Lastly they really push selling their products it's so uncomfortable. Overall I will not be returning. I did not have an enjoyable experience (also not to mention that while she was selling me her products she had her hand over my hoohaa which was very awkward) -- hello sugar wax does a better wax I'm my option and I had an enjoyable experience. try them out instead! read more

Had my first appointment today and I'm so happy with the results! Kristen made me feel immediately comfortable while checking me in. She put me with Alyssa which was AWESOME! Staff is so kind and informative. Depil gained a forever customer! read more

Wonderful, clean studio! Ask for Alyssa, she's awesome and makes your waxing experience painless. So glad they opened this Allen facility!

Left me scared and bleeding! It was my first wax and I told her I was in terrible pain, she said it was normal. But I left bleeding and I went to get checked by an esthetician and she said this place gave me permanent scars! read more

I think they did a great job - but they didn't live up to what they initially promised on the discount. They gave one free service and I was told they would do most expensive service at no charge. The owner then reneged on all discounts. Then tried to up-sell me on a subscription service to waxing and gift cards. The service was goodI was disappointed that this is the way they want to run their business. And an update - there were so many infections and boils that I had to use antibiotics. Even with all the product I purchased, there was no getting out of hundreds of infections, for nearly a month and a half. read more

This studio has some sketchy practices. I had a membership with them but after making SEVERAL attempts to cancel, they kept charging me. When I would call, they told me I had to write an email. Nobody ever emailed me back so I called again and got the same response. After a second email through their site, I waited two weeks and still NOTHING. I have since put in a stop payment request with my bank. Also, the way they treat their employees is abhorrent which is why they have so much turnover. To Depil you are just a dollar sign. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

I am always blown away by the professionalism demonstrated by the aestheticians / waxing staff. The results are always long-lasting, and I will continue to return to this location for these reasons. The front desk staff, however, is incredibly pushy around the sale of products and other packages. I am always direct, yet polite when it comes to the services and products I wish to purchase (and understand that it their job to sell additional products and services). On my last visit, however, the front desk staff member would just not take no for an answer. She incessantly tried to pressure me into purchase a waxing package and said that my decision to individually purchase services "didn't make any sense to her." It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience for me, especially in front of other customers. I should never feel this way as a customer, particularly when I am paying full price for services. While the aestheticians / waxing staff deserve no less than a five star review, my experience with the front desk staff knocks this place down in my books. read more

This is one of the best kept secrets of waxing studios. I happened upon it and received a free initial wax. The owner and her staff are great. Always friendly, always accommodating. Being a continuing customer is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thank you, ladies! read more

Do not go AND definitely do not buy a package with them ... I went 6 times for a Brazilian and ended up with 4 different women in my business because of them over... Brazilians are intimate and normally you have ONE person. I had also bought a year Brazilian package with them then I went to get a leg wax and purchased a package of 4 for a discount and they got about 50% of my hair off. The aesthetician recommended laser removal so I went ahead and looked into it but I needed a refund for the services not used... they tried to tell me NO AND STEAL MY MONEY $200 worth ... I had to look up the owner and the corporation- it was ridiculous. WEEKS LATER AND 50 grey hairs later I got my money back read more

I've been getting waxed for nearly a year & have loved every moment of it until a couple of weeks ago when I visited this location. I only came here because my original wax lady no longer worked at the location I was going to and this one was fairly closer but I regret it soooo much. Since getting waxed I rarely even have ingrown hair bumps, of course waxes aren't meant to be non painful but my goodness when I got waxed here she was hurting me soooo much. I can usually handle the quick pain but I didn't like her technique AT ALL. Then I noticed a week later after getting waxed I had some very unusual discomfort and this waxer had caused me to have a huge outbreak & I was barley able to walk. (It still hurts to walk until this very day as I type this) I now have a big open scar in between my legs that burns like HELL & all I can do is suck it up and hope it heals. I know we all have to learn how to perfect our craft but this is unacceptable especially when I've been getting these done for nearly a year and have NEVER had this problem. Don't work on someone's bare skin if you don't know what the hell you're doing. The staff is sooo sweet but please be careful who you let wax you, I'm so mad at myself for even giving them a shot. read more

MUST READ I recently visited this studio in Allen and got my full legs waxed for the first time. To start off they did a horrible job on my legs. Over half of the hair was still there I left the studio with wax all over my legs, they didn't clean it off. I was considering buying a package after the appointment was over. At the time I didn't have the money to pay for a 400+ dollar package I was told to fill out the paper work and I would get a call the following Saturday to see if I wanted the package or not. If I did want it then I'd get charged my first 90 dollar payment, but if I didn't then we could cancel everything and I wouldn't get charged. So Saturday comes by and I got no call a few days later I got charged 90 dollars, I called asking if I could get my money back because I don't want to pay over 400 dollars for a couple leg waxing's and they refused to give it back. They only offer store credit which is useless since I'm not going back. They kept pushing me to buy this package even after I told them I don't want it. I am a student who can not afford this package, it's not fair that I get penalized for a mistake an employee made. I DO NOTTT recommend this place especially this location. They are cruel unfair people who will do anything to take money from you. They act like children and don't care about the customer at all. There's more to this story, but I think you get the idea. read more

Brittany is my waxer and I love her so much. She's super sweet and fast. I always recommend her and stuck with her for a long time!

Today was the first time that the customer service for me took a nose dive. I made an appointment last night, but today I had twisted my back and I couldn't move. I originally hurt my back while serving in Iraq and I still have problems ever so often and today was one of them. I tried to cancel my appointment at 09:00 this morning, but never heard back from Depil until 11:07. Then I was told this was my THIRD missed appointment which is a lie. Then I was threatened to be charged a no show fee. If you want to use Depil Brazil Waxing Studio which I still like, just choose a different location. Maybe the customer service will be better read more

First time trying this place, My eyebrows aren't good but they're not bad either, but the person that did them was really nice so i actually gave them another star for her.. I was told that i would get a free service but was told after I had paid and left that I would not be getting what I had discussed with the receptionist because she "misunderstood", her communication was not good at all. read more

What a great visit I just had to Depil Brazil in Allen. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel right at home. They are using extra precautions to ensure we all stay safe and healthy by having you wear a mask and sanitize upon arrival. Madison was the best technician! She was kind and the waxing was quick and painless. I will definitely return. read more
