The owner offered an apology and had a conversation with the therapist about the incident she stated. No refund was ever given and all communication ceased. We arrived the next day and Scott greeted us, brought us to the Room of Tranquility and gave us Tea. We met Aaron and Logan. They asked how we would like the pressure and brought us to the room.
