As…read morethis is the first time I've owned a new car I took his "recommended by the dealer" services to be gospel (my ignorance and trusting nature is my fault). They also tried to sell me tires which I initially accepted but felt they were over priced. I went down the road to a tire shop and they quoted me $400 less than speedee. I should have known then to check on what they had recommended for the services. I didn't, only because he "looked up" the recommended services by dealer. By that they mean they use a third party company to up sale services. They also failed to mention that they were using a "sever driving" recommendation which I wasn't asked about my driving habits and this area is no where near close to sever driving qualifications. They did show me the services they were going to do and the pricing but again I trusted the services they told me the car needed and that they were being transparent with me. I realize my ignorance in this situation and that it's also their job to up sell products... BUT $550 more than the cost of a dealership 24,000mi service is predatory and not in their "Fast, reliable, and trusted service starts here. Whether it's routine automotive maintenance or something bigger, we earn your total trust every visit." moto.
