I had run over something in the road a few days before, so I thought there might have been a puncture. I waited there and waited as that is how it works at my Discount Tire. But nobody came to help so I decided to go inside but someone came out to meet me and just told me to wait. Another car came and we had a line so finally someone came over to check the tires. Thankfully, I didn't have a leak as with the rate this shop operates, I would have missed my show. I will look for another location if I have another tire issue in the area.

Lady working the front desk was rude and unprofessional... vaping while talking to a customer ( this was for my daughter's car ) said the road hazard warranty didn't apply because of the tread depth ( tires are 13 months old ) charged full price. When I asked for a picture she was rude/disrespectful.my daughter said she threw the phone on the counter and said I'm not dealing with this.... Sent a picture of tread depth showing one depth then sent a second picture showing a different one. Bottom line is LAZY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE RUIN A GOOD. BUSINESS! You might tell him "I am are here for 2 new tires" or "I have had a flat tire and need to have it repaired", etc. Inside they will tell you what your price options are and once you have decided what tires you want they will immediately start working on your car. I have never waited for tires to be balanced and mounted on my car for more than forty minutes, and usually I've been back on the road in twenty minutes, it is just amazing. Something you have to witness to believe! If you are the kind of person that likes to go to the mall and shop while tires with some expensive baloney contract options are being put on your car, this is NOT the place for you! The tires you get here are the exactly the same or better than tires you can get anywhere else, but cheaper. These guys are straight shooters. Talk to the other guys but buy your tires here.
