I came to Nuarch to replace a denture that was done at another dental…read moreoffice . Dr. Sal made another denture replaced the abutments and screws it did not work out. Dr. Sal tried to adjust the denture but the implants were placed so poorly it did not fit properly. I do not blame Dr. Sal he did his best with what he had to work with.Now the BAD. Dr. Sal told me if I was not happy to go somewhere else have the abutments screws and denture removed and returned to him and he would give me back the 13k I paid him. I went through the process Of removing all the parts and returned them to him. He now refuses to give me back the money he promised me and told me I could come and get the parts he had no need for them.Dr. Sal is a good doctor but a terrible person he lied and cheated me out of 13 thousand dollars. What kind of professional does this to a patient STAY AWAY.

Telling a patient that full payment is required at the time of service, when the fee is quoted after anesthesia is administered is just not standard of care for any service provider. The liability alone should have been a huge red flag. The patient had more than 50% of the total charge in cash. The administrator also makes no secret of the dislike for Mass Health or the fees they pay. If you are self pay or Mass health, suggest moving on to the next dentist in town. Ps - This has caused the entire family to move on to another dental provider. Lesson learned - regardless of how talented the provider is, the staff is the face of the business. In this case, the staff has not benefited the business by losing 3 patients - and their self pay accounts.

Kaleiah, the women at the front desk, was extremely nice and welcoming. I have been going to this dentist for over a year and I have never had a problem with billing or paper work. They are always willing to work with whatever payment options you may have. I only waited 5 minutes at most to be seen by the Dr.Enos and Ruth. I told Ruth that I was very nervous and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr.Enos was very efficient and clear throughout the whole visit. I recently had a cleaning and Jen was amazing! She took her time and cleaned my teeth better than I have ever had them cleaned. I consider the women at this office to be friends of mine now because of many frequent visits. I am so happy with my choice and wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

To my surprise, Dr. Sunners then asked his assistant to help putting in the crown. I was lying down flat on the dental chair, and the assistant was holding a metal tool with my mouth wide open. The nightmare began. The metal tool that the assistant was holding slipped straight down to my throat. I was horrified. I was fortunate that I could cough out the tool to avoid a disaster in the E.R.. When I texted Dr. Sunners the day after letting him know what a horrific experience I had, he responded lightly and responded that his assistant was very competent instead of apologizing to me. That is a very unforgiving incident. I will never go there again.

We cannot say we had a good experience. My daughter and wife met with Dr. Pardo and a plan was set…read morein place. My wife provided her with a down payment to start the process. My daughter had her molds taken and we waited, and waited and waited for the treatment to start. Finally the call came, not to tell us she was ready with the Invisalign but to tell us that she was moving, that all of the records were reviewed and the same course of treatment along with costs were accepted by another orthodontist. We learned that nothing had been started though we were strung along. We learned from this other orthodontist that the price was not agreed upon and there was an increase of $1200. We also learned that the molds taken months earlier and the records were never transferred over and that new molds would be needed. We did receive a check back from Dr. Pardo for the down payment but that's not enough. She accepted our money and gave us false hopes on the course of treatment. She lied to us and as a result of those lies we are now faced with an increase of $1200, a significant delay in the treatment for my daughter, and a change in the treatment process. She made a decision to take our money (cash) KNOWING she was moving. She lied to us that the fees and procedure had been discussed and approved by the new orthodontist KNOWING that it hadn't been discussed and KNOWING that the fee structure was not going to be the same. The course of treatment was not agreed upon. I cannot recommend someone that repeatedly lies. Sorry Dr. Pardo but you have cost us a significant amount of money and now refuse to return our calls. YOUR LIES HAVE COST US.

I started my treatment with the previous owner of the practice who fell ill and suddenly had to sell the practice. Dr. Pardo took over my treatment after only a few months of my braces being on. I have to just say, Dr. Pardo and her staff never let me down. She took over my case and reassured me that getting braces was the best decision I had made for myself. Even though she had taken over my treatment that another Doctor had started, I never felt out of the loop about anything. Everything went so smooth and I was out of braces a few months earlier than I was told in the beginning. I am so happy with the results of my treatment. I have a gorgeous smile that I love showing off. I am getting married in two months and Dr. Pardo and her staff worked with me every step of the way to make sure my braces were off in time. Thank you to them, I am going to be smiling ear to ear walking down the isle. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an Orthodontist. Thank you Dr. Pardo!!!
