I got strung along for a long time regarding things that were wrong with the vehicle when I decided to buy it, which I had brought to their attention immediately. They kept making excuse after excuse, with continued promises that they would take care of everything. I kept persisting until I was told that they weren't going to fix or replace what they promised, after months of stories and excuses, including that their mechanic cut his hand, then the mechanic was not at work, then he wasn't going to do it, so it would be done at an auto mechanic shop. They even had scheduled appointments for me and gave me the time and place, more then once, only to have each one be cancelled, on their part! The sticker on the window said everything was in working order, which it should be, I am paying a lot for this vehicle. I am supposed to have a 6-disk CD changer and told them it is not working. They promised to replace it, but did not. Even went so far to claim that they ordered one, more then once. Something about the seller did not follow through, the first time. There was a wheel noise on one side, and they never fixed that like the promised, so what a crock. The 3rd brake light was not working properly, and they replaced that, but now it is failing. It should definitely be under warranty, but now what do I do? I do not know where they ordered it from, and they ruined the customer relationship. Wondering if I should call the police to have the police contact them to ask. I know that might sound cynical at best, but I cannot send in a relative to ask, it might get ugly, that is something I am afraid of! I might have to call, but i am afraid to! I deserve recourse! This is the dealer on Birch Street, with Josh and Tony, just to confirm. I see that they have a habit on another review site, claiming several times that it is not them (when people have posted complaints), but one with a similar name instead.. They try to pass the buck.

    I think they purposely did something to my elderly dad's car (he's a retired vet), he took it here…read morefor a full synthetic oil change and then the cold air quit working and also the gasket between the engine and the transmission now has a small leak, also the engine mounts look like someone took a pair of pliers and pulled the rubber out...my husband wasn't able to do the oil change this one time (do to an knee surgery) and this happens, he's been a mechanic for 15 yrs. My husband also said it looks like they didn't use full synthetic oil either. The car is 5 years old and it shouldn't have any issues yet....

We were bringing all…read moreof our vehicles to them and it seemed like every time I would get one of the cars back, something else would be wrong with it. They replaced items on the car without asking once in a while. That was annoying but I let it go. One time I dropped off my Journey as the steering wheel was shaking. They got it in right away and had it done right away. I picked it up, we went on our trip and it was the same as when we picked it up. I think the bill was pretty high too. My friends told me to stop going there, I was their money cow. When we got back, we picked up our other vehicle (for it's third charge for air that summer) and when my husband told them the car was still shaking, the dude said, well we fixed it but we didn't drive it. Nice guys but not impressed. My husband was so mad that he was practically spitting fire when we left. We haven't been back since. We never got a bill for the air either. We found out about a month later, the compressor had a huge hole in it and that is why it was draining out. It is so hard to find a good, honest mechanic these days.

    horrible service department. Made an appointment and waited 2 weeks for it. brought it in and then…read morethe BS started. 2 women working that barely knew what a tire was. Was originally told it was less than a half hour fix once I came in... once I was in it was nothing but excuses and them trying to use lingo to snow me. once I straightened them out with knowledge, they basically pushed me out the door. schooled them and took it down the road to MC Motorwerx and had my fix done in 10 minutes. will never go back or recommend.

I bought a brand new 2017 jeep renegade in what I thought was a pleasant buying experience. But it's now been in the shop 6x in 2.5 months, 3500 miles Once for an update that almost stranded me at work, and 5 more times for problem that they cannot seem to fix. They even brought in an engineer from Chrysler to look at it, and still nothing (except a fog lamp that apparently already burned out, even tho I've used them twice.) You would think they would be more sympathetic to a problem that ALREADY qualifies for the lemon law, but they absolutely avoid my inquiries into getting my money back or a new vehicle. Even my Chrysler case manager avoids the subject, to the point I have had to seek legal counsel on the matter. The service department has been A NIGHTMARE to deal with. The first 3x I went in, no one had ever heard of my problem. The next time I went in, with video evidence, they AMAZINGLY found someone there who knew what it could be. It's now in, again, and they give me a loaner to replace my 4x4 SUV: a FWD sedan with an empty gas tank (55mi to E) and 4% oil life. And they LITERALLY, in the dictionary definition of the word, NEVER call back when they say they will. I don't mean "I'm too impatient to wait." I mean "we will call you by 10am with an update, whether we know anything new or not" and I end up calling them at 230pm because I have a job and a family and can't base my entire life around a phone call. If the jeep wasn't covered by warranty, I would never return to this place.

That wasn't an issue as we were looking at a chevy at a Subaru dealership. The issue came while getting lending, to purchase the car. If you EVER buy a car here, DO NOT use the lender GLS!!!! What a nightmare! First, they have the absolute rudest customer service representatives. Second the CSR call all the time asking you to verify the same info over and over! I verified my info 3 times and they were texting and calling all day. I am NOT dealing with this all day. I called Raul in financing at Morries and told him I was returning the car due to this unnecessary harassment. He said he would contact the lending service and rectify this situation. He called me back and said they will call me 1 more time to authorize the loan and that was all they would need. WRONG!!!! They wanted me to verify ALL my info again! I called Raul back and He called then again; he called me back and promised me they would just do the authorization of the loan and all would be good. he apologized for the issues with this lender, and he said he would make it right for us, but after I authorized the loan, we never heard back from him or Mike the used car manager. I think they just didn't want to honor the 5-day happy customer policy. Will NOT buy here again!
