The sales lady told me delivery could 4-6 weeks may be a little longer for the holidays which was not honest. She also did not respond to my communications regarding my order. I waited two months and called asking for an update. They said due to the situation overseas it could take another 4 weeks. I waited and called and was told they didn't get it from the warehouse yet and it'd be another 2 weeks late. This happened for months. If I could give zero stars, I would. It was the worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. We purchased a couch, but it was never delivered. Whenever we called to find out where it was, someone said they would look into it and get back to us, but they never did. We are still waiting for that callback, and we have called nine times now and have been waiting over two months. I have now requested to cancel our order and await our refund. Usually never write reviews but this Furniture store was by far the Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I bought furniture here in July, Spent Over 3500 and was told 6-8. That was fine by me. I've waited until October to finally go to store and check on the status of my order. Spoke to a manager and she told me all my furniture will be here October 28th. I said that was fine but I asked her what if it's not here at that time. She tells me then I will be taken care of and given a refund. That was fine by me. Waited until November 8th to finally go back and check status of furniture again. Spoke to manager Paul this time. Told him the backstory. He goes to back and his conversation with Someone I'm not sure who but comes back saying since he doesn't see any of what I said on paper that he can't just believe me. Goes on to say that on my receipt say all sales are final. He says that my furniture is now going to be here Dec 02. So, I had him write that on paper and sign and give it to me. The whole time I'm trying to have a civil discussion with Manager Paul. He starts just getting more and more attitude and aggressive tone. If you are furniture shopping please do your self a favor and stay away from this store. It is a scam. I would rate this experience 0 stars if i could. Everyone that works at this store is a liar. The manager Paul is a JOKE. He takes 0 responsibility for anything and says everything is out of his control. I purchased a dining room table in July, paid full price up front. They gave me a measly piece of paper receipt with no tracking information or anything. The sales associate said it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. 6 weeks goes by and i have heard nothing. For the last 3 months i have been I calling and they hang up on me, ignore me, say they'll call back and don't, or straight up lie to me. I've heard every excuse in the book. They "can't see where it is in the system", the Suez Canal got backed up, they had a lot of people quit, they had a medical emergency', they're on lunch, literally all of them. I finally get ahold of a "manager", Paul, who is entirely useless. He promised me it would be delivered on October 30th. I call on October 29th because guess what, i haven't heard anything! And he says he "can't remember" what he says to costumers but he "doesn't think he would say that to me". REAL nice Paul! He's the epitome of UNPROFESSIONAL and a JOKE of a manager. He offered no solutions, only continues to question me about why this happened? Like it's my fault? I finally say i want a refund and i do not want this table anymore and he continues to be unhelpful because he "doesn't do refunds and doesn't know how they processed". So basically I'm out $900 and no table 4 months later. This place is an absolute joke and every person who works there is scum. They're not even pleasant to talk with or helpful in any sense of the word. I couldn't be more disappointed. I typically do not write reviews and have been more than patient with them but the lack of communication with the customer is mind blowing. When it was delivered I instructed them how to get couch in and when they brought loveseat in took a piece of wood off my closet door frame!! Then instead of putting legs on each furniture piece they just left!! I'm afraid what will happen next Monday when the chair is delivered! I ordered furniture in April was told it would take six weeks. A little after six weeks I called and asked the status of my furniture and was told that it would be a little longer. Waited longer called a few weeks later was told that there was a trucking strike and my furniture was sitting by the warehouse door waiting for a truck to pick it up and the truck strike just ended and they would pick it up. Waited a little longer call back to see the status of my Furniture was told that it had no legs. The legs were on backorder. Since it was ready the last time I called. I asked them who stole the legs off my couch? They asked me who could possibly tell me there was a trucking strike when I replied that it was that person himself he had no words. I am still being promised my Furniture, but it may be September. When I asked if I could just cancel the order I was told no that there is a restocking fee. Found the sofa set we wanted. Took pictures of the tags containing the SKU, went to the desk in the back told them what we wanted and they said we needed to have our sales associate complete the transaction. Informed them that we had no sales person and that we were prepared to pay for and arrange delivery then. They told us to go to the person who greeted us, nobody greeted us. They sent us to the front desk and we explained everything we had explained to the back desk. Then they all got together and decided who was going to help us but nobody came back. Don't Ever Shop Here. I ordered a dresser June 1st 2020. They failed to keep me updated with the status of when my item came instock. Of Course I am no fool so I begin to check on the merchandise I had purchased 12 days later. I was promised a delivery on the following Wednesday because the item had arrived in store that Monday. The Sales manager called me and said they would be an hour behind for delivery and instead of 1-3 the time would then be 2-4. Their story went from adjusting their arrival time to an hour later to we will deliver your merchandise Friday, then they called me three times that day and reminded me that they were not going to show. They gave an excuse of 1. There truck broke down 2. Our delivery guys wife just had a baby. 3. Not only will we be not delivering you your product the following day but they informed me that they would rather go to the tip of the thumb than thirty minutes North to my residence.4. Finally, as I continued to press for a delivery time already filled with anxiety because my new found worry as to the mechanics of their delivery trucks they called me and completely lied and said that it didn't come in and gave me a refund. I have been looking for a couch for three weeks and I went to Ashley's on three different occasions during this this period. Every time the sales associate Bry was upfront with me about when furniture was supposed to be in( unlike Loves furniture) and listened to my concerns. This place is a joke!! I shopped online and picked out some furniture and then went to the store to see it, sit on it and order it. The price in the store was over $200 more but they told me they would honor the online price. Then they told me that since the items were in their Wisconsin warehouse that I would have to pay the freight in order to have it shipped. Is it my fault their storage is in Wisconsin?!?!?!?!?
