I immediately called the store and asked if I could change the pickup date instead of getting a refund, since I would be ordering more for another event next month anyway. At first, the employee I spoke with was kind and allowed the date change. Unfortunately, I then received a call back saying the manager had decided it was "too late" because the bundtinis had already been prepped, even though my order had only been placed a short time earlier. I made it clear that I was not asking for my money back -- just to move the order to a later date. These were standard flavors that could easily be sold the next day, yet I was essentially told "too bad." The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to work with a paying customer. They would rather throw product away than show even minimal flexibility. Extremely disappointing experience and easily the worst customer service I've had in town. I will not be returning.

The Spinach dip in a bread bowl was also a huge disappointment. They only sliced the dipping bread, I had to cut it into chunks myself and there was maybe 12 ounces of actual dip. For almost $30 they should give you an additional container of dip. I threw out so much bread when the dip ran out. I'm so glad I also ordered from Wegmans in Manalapan.
