Footboard also arrived dirty. Delivery person said I could clean it up. I said no, I ordered new furniture.

The furniture I ordered arrived damaged twice. And the delivery people don't seem to care. When bringing your issue to the showroom they pass the buck to distribution because the showroom only handles sales (ie. The already have your money). As I customer I shouldn't have to differentiate between sales and distribution. I should have the ability to bring up my issue with someone in person and not have to spend my time following up for an issue I did not cause and already spent money on. Do yourself a favor and buy from a local ( mom and pop) furniture store.

Here's what bonded leather looks like in less than a year of use!! Ashley Furniture is pure garbage.

Horrible quality furniture! I paid $1000 for a "bonded leather" sofa from them. Bonded my a$$. It's crappy FAKE leather that after about a year of use has peeled off and is crumbling and falling apart and the sofa now looks like junk. I'm gonna have to buy something else. I went to the store to discuss it and they were all sympathetic and appalled at the condition of my sofa. But in the end, and all I got were empty promises and lies. Store manager, Ralph Valerio, who said he'd help me, never did and blew me off. Never called me back. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping here. Shop ANYWHERE but here. I'd even recommend those dive furniture joints like in Berlin Auction before buying anything from this place!! Don't. Do. It!!

This is what I'm dealing with. The delivery service is Value City Furniture, even though I purchased through Ashley HomeStore.

The sales reps and service dept. are fine. However, the delivery company is horrendous. They attempted to deliver damaged furniture to my home on three separate occasions. It was a completely frustrating experience.

    Broken base of chair

Buyer beware. This furniture is very low quality. Expect to replace your everyday items every two years at l least. Take it from me, I bought what I thought was a really nice sofa & love seat, as well as counter height chairs for my island in 2019. My sofas have multiple holes and several zippers have broken. As for the chairs, the legs have broken. I purchased the extended warranty and filed a claim. I was told that because I reported two many items with issues at once, they had to deny my entire claim. As I suggested to the representative, perhaps the issue here is that these are real low quality items not built to withstand everyday wear and tear or there is simply a manufacturers defect. Please take your money and go elsewhere! Also, if you purchased the warranty, report an issue asap. I was also informed that I was denied as well because I had 5 days to report and issue. I was not made of aware of this policy when I made my purchase in 2019. I was also never given any warranty paperwork. Don't make my mistake, ask for a copy of the paperwork before leaving if you do make a purchase.

Terrible service, selection was good. Everything expensive. Kicked us out for asking about an item.

False advertising!!!! They're putting price tags, send you different items and then ask you to add money. Just don't buy there!

I REALLY don't recommend getting a lamp repaired here at all…read more I needed a new lampshade harp for a vintage lamp I was giving as a gift. The existing harp (lampshade holder) was too tall and permanently attached so it could not be just swapped out. I contracted to have a new harp and saddle (the part the new harp locks into) installed that would work with my shade. When I got home after picking up the lamp, I noticed the harp was not locking into the saddle because the saddle bracket was way too small. Meaning the thing the lampshade would sit on was not being held securely in place. Immediately called and took the lamp back to the store and they tried different parts, all of which had the same problem. They ended up telling me "that's just the way it is now with parts". They expected me to accept inferior parts and service! During that time I spoke with both the CEO and the President of the store, long story short, they told me they knew the pieces did not fit together as intended and rather than being upfront about it before the work was done, kept blaming it on "Chinese manufacturing" rather than finding a better supplier that made parts that actually fit together. Bottom line is now I'm left with a harp does not completely fit into it's bracket, with no way to lock it into place, short of soldering or gluing them together. They refunded my money for the harp and holder (not the labor of course). But now I have a lamp that was intended as a gift with an insecure lampshade holder and will be looking to find another lamp to cannibalize for the parts and perform the work myself in order to give it as a gift. -- They are perfectly content to use inferior parts that they know are not compatible with each other and blaming it on manufacturing. What kind of business integrity is that? * Harp - the piece a lamp shade sits on * Saddle - the piece the harp locks into for stability
