    Bed on the floor thanks to a faulty delivery

    So i ordered a rust-haven SIX DRAWER bed frame along with a chest to match in the beginning of February. Hufsa ( keep that name in mind ), sold me this furniture under Vanessa ( the agent i originally wanted but was out ) name. I left with no delivery date , no contact info for this agent nothing at all. It is now mid February and I haven't received any updates via email or phone call. So i decide to call them and NOW they tell me February 25th i will review A INCOMPLETE BED FRAME BECAUSE OF TWO DRAWERS. It is March 13th and I have been sleeping on the floor for almost a month now. I bought a $100 foam topper for my mattress to sleep comfortably. Hufsa has been horrible and I've called numerous times asking for some sort of update or compensation and every time I've been told " we will get back to you ". Bottom line is : AVOID ASHLEYS FURNITURE AT ALL COSTS!! Horrible customer service , filled a complain with BBB & i will continue to call them every single day for an update.

    Broken!

    Welp... this is the fourth time the chair has broke in the same spot that it was broke in when I first purchased it. They sent a tech out three times and ordered a part once. When the last tech left, I told him the chair is still "leaning"... he said it may just be the frame but it's fixed. No it's not! So of course it broke again! Listen, they sold me this chair broken.. the first service call I made was ONE WEEK after delivery! The chair was already broke! Clearly. So now that I'm on the fourth service call... I get this email as a response to it being broke again... "We have reviewed your situation. We have sent out multiple technicians and your recliner keeps on breaking after being brought up to showroom standards, We see that now it is leaning. We have closed the service order since this is not a manufacture defect. Have a goodnight," The Audacity! Listen people... DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORE! You can very likely have a delivery of broken furniture and they will not take it back! And they will not exchange it! And when they are tired of fixing it for you... they will, but in so many words say "Too Bad!" Here are pics of the leaning chair they sold me that they have written off as unrepairable... what am I supposed to do with this now?!? Ashley Homestore is a Joke! Buyer Beware! Next stop... BBB!

    I ordered $7200 of furniture from Ashley and these are the results of my making the biggest mistake ordering from them and how the installers they use destroyed my furniture and my home. 1. The 2 chairs have holes 2. the loveseat has scuffs from being dragged as well as holes on the back plus the headrests do not work 3. the bench has a scuff that looks like wasn't painted properly. 4. all the bedroom furniture looks like it was dirty I think as all the creases have this black grim when the color is silver-grey, of course pending for them to come and look at it. it is acceptable but not at full price which is for new as I know this is discontinued. 5. The installers damaged my bedroom ceiling in a few places, the minimum repair cost is $300 daily for the handyman 6. the installers scratched up my brand new 20k floor in a few areas, I have to call the flooring installers as they will need to replace about 8+ floor pieces, each box has 4 pcs and costs $55.26 per box plus whatever the labor will be which I am sure a couple hundred so guessing about $8-1000 in damages to the home. I haven't got any answers from Ashley as of yet but I made sure to tell the drivers/installers when they got here before entering my home, that they need to be careful not to scratch the floor or the entry door, of course, he assured me it wouldn't be an issue. This is the worst nightmare ever but glad both financing is done thru the same bank so they can see what I paid for the flooring

    If I could give this location a negative-0 I would, they are so inconsiderate with peoples time lack of professionalism thee worse customer service experience I've ever had. My order was placed back in August and today December 2,2020 is the date I hadn't received my order I understand COVID-19 but to add on the mistakes they kept doing to my order to just keep getting it pushed back is out of this world. I would most definitely take this to other platforms or reviews and email Human Resources because the lack of everything it's mind blowing, I work in the customer service departments and I know fist hand base from A-Z all the mistakes they did, I would strongly recommend this store to be under evacuation by headquarters and send everyone back to training, they are making the brand Ashley Home store look horrible. Please DO NOT VISIT this location try another location even if it's at a distance because I promise you this one isn't worth it. .. and one last this they try to cancel my progressive approval so I would have to do that process all over again.

    We purchased the Colette Dresser from Joybird about four years ago and were initially very happy…read morewith it. The design was beautiful, and it felt like a quality piece. Unfortunately, our experience with Joybird's product durability and customer service has been disappointing. Recently, the ball bearings on the drawer runners rusted and fell off, making the drawers unusable. When we reached out to customer service--willing to pay for replacement parts--we were told that Joybird doesn't offer support or replacement parts for furniture older than six months. No repair options, no parts for purchase--just nothing. For a $2,000 dresser, that's unacceptable. Furniture at this price point should be built to last, and if issues arise, there should be a way to fix them. Unfortunately, Joybird seems more focused on selling new pieces than supporting their existing customers. If you're considering buying from them, be aware that if anything goes wrong after six months, you're on your own.

    Sitting on my new Joybird sofa in absolute cozy heaven as I type out this review! My last sofa…read morepurchase was back in 2016 and it made it's way through like 5 apartments before I finally said goodbye and decided it was time to pull the trigger on something new. I still loved it veryyyyy much so a new couch had big shoes to fill! Joybird caught our eye for awhile from mostly Instagram ads, but we confirmed with the couple people we know with one that they are good couches that they would 100% get again. I am never ever one to buy something as expensive as this without an in person sit test so we planned to go check it out at this showroom and I am so so happy we did. We were confirmed that they are beautiful couches, and we also discovered that the couch we originally liked was wayyyyyy to firm for our taste. After a few more sit tests we found one we loved. And after lots of deliberation we found a fabric we also loved. The Anton Sectional (basically just a big chaise) looked great in the store and even better (if I do say so myself) in our living room. And so much love to Aiza, the saleswoman who had been extremely attentive to us during our search. She gave us info when we needed it and space when we wanted to keep looking/chat amongst ourselves. There was another woman there who was extremely kind and helpful as well, even after she knew we were already working with Aiza, she was just there to chat, offer opinions on colors, etc. They helped us see the color swatches we liked in different lights, took a look at pictures of our rug and offered suggestions on what would look best and made a big decision a lot less intimidating. We left with a couch purchased and ready to be shipped! And even after warning us that they very rarely will be shipped earlier than expected, our came about 2 weeks before we were initially told, a holiday miracle maybe?? Delivery was easy. Scheduling it was no problem at all and now we have a big, beautiful, comfy new couch that our dog is fairly obsessed with.

    I have shopped here previously and they do have some good deals. However my most recent experience…read morewas so horrible I had to say something. We are moving out of our apartment and have a number of goods (sofa, table, chairs, etc) that we need to get rid of. We were hoping to sell or exchange them with Best Used Furniture. I called and asked if they would be interested in coming over to check out our goods. "Absolutely!" I was told and that they would be over on Monday evening. Monday evening rolls around, my wife and I are packing for our move. The appointment time comes and goes. No one shows. No one calls. Finally after repeated phone calls to Hugo we are told "I'm sorry we have so much going on, I can't make it. Tomorrow night, I give you my word." We must get rid of these goods, so wife and I cancel our plans for the next night. Again, waiting around. The appointed time comes and goes....no show, no call. Again, repeated phone calls to Hugo and Best Used Furniture. This time no answer at all. I call the next day and get a string of excuses. Finally we reschedule a third time for Thursday morning. We are inconvenienced, yet again but figure out a way to have someone there. Best Used arrives, assesses the situation and we come to an agreement. Saturday morning, 10am they will come by to pick up all our goods. Now we are waiting around Saturday for this very important pick up as these MUST be gone. 10am. No show. No call. We proceed to call and leave voicemails, no answer. Now, almost a week later we have not been given the DECENCY of a response. I do not think Hugo and Best Used are malicious. I think they are incompetent. They are completely unreliable unless you hand deliver goods to them. I you are buying anything from them just know this is how they treat people they buy from, so do not expect much better for how they will treat you as a customer.
