I am seriously disappointed in this store. My grandmother who is 93 years old went into the store and told Philip that she needed a chair that the legs would go up with electric motor because she couldn't do a manual anymore. He sold her a chair that lays completely down flat like a bed not just the feet like she asked. Went back to the store and was told we had to talk to a manager. We walk over the manager is sitting there with his arms crossed ready to fight. He was completely rude. He would not exchange or return it. Now my grandmother is stuck with a chair she can't sit in. No one in our family or friends will ever shop from Ashley again. They are worse than used car salesman. I wish I could have chosen zero stars but it would not allow me too. read more

Customer service is horrible after you complete your purchase. My husband and I spent $10,000 we were told we would have everything delivered within 2 weeks. It is now 1 month later and we are still missing most of our order. Ashley's does not call us we call them we are given delivery dates and they never show up or call. We call them and are told or purchase is on back order. We call the store and they hang up on us we call back they send us to customer service then they send the call back to sales and they again hang up on us. We are very frustrated and feel like fools for purchasing here. We highly encourage everyone to stay away from purchasing here.... They get 1 star because there is no option for a negative star.. at this point I don't think we will ever get our complete order and our mattress is still without the frame .... read more

Found my way here after attending a doctors appt some where close. This is the largest Ashley store with the most inventory selection around. Masks required, and appts. When we walked in randomly we were greeted and asked if I had an appt. Naturally, I was confused and said nope. The response was "that's ok, we take some walk ins as well", ok. Wrote my name and I was assigned someone to take me through the store. The stories are correct , this place is Huge! However, being a woman on a mission, I quickly ditched the person assigned to me while she talked to my mom and did what I do best. Scan and shop. I hate spending hours , pondering on "do i like it? Will it work?" Nope! As a Marie Kondo says "if it sparks joy, that's the one" after taking a good look and scanning the entire store I left with a feeling that although selection is a lot, I'm a picky girl and I want what I want. Unfortunately for the store today , they didn't have what I wanted. Mom was Gung-Ho about this store and luckily the salesperson that was helping /chatting with mom wasn't overly pushy and helpful when I had questions. I appreciate that. There is nothing worse than having someone breathe down your neck when wanting to take a moment and marinate on a Vision or a thought. Anytime, I needed a new piece of furniture, wanted to change my style, was moving into a new home, or just wanted to see what was new, unique, quirky or fun, I shopped Ashley. Well no more! If this is the direction Ashley is going, I'm good. However, my sales person Les was phenomenal. He helped me narrow down my needs for a sleep sofa, while offering advice on additional pieces, and was very kind and patient. Furniture was damaged upon arrival. I didn't have them unwrap it and I found the damage when I unwrapped it. They said I did it. A big gash in the back on the top of the chair was obviously damaged during transport. The rest of it looks fine. quality is also not good. I wish I looked at reviews before coming here. First they sold me a bedroom set in May. Nightstands and dresser were delivered in June. In August, I get a call saying they can not get the bed and to come in and pick something else. I was told the bed is discontinued, yet they had it ON SALE in the store (lie#1). I was told I couldn't get a refund and I needed to find something else. I asked to speak with a manager as it was nonsense that I needed to settle on something I didn't love ($5k purchase at that), because they sold me a bed they couldn't get. Manager told me I could get a refund (lie #2). After walking around the store, I found a new set that I did like. Bought it. It was delivered today. These guys were bouncing furniture off my walls and door frames. They leave, and I notice a piece of wood on the floor. I went to check the new furniture to see where it came from and these guys had globbed some kind of putty in the hole hoping I didn't notice. My order was wrong not ONCE, but TWICE. Dispatch was on it ..the actual store and the people that work there are dense. The first order I received the whole bed was wrong. It was "corrected". I received my delivery, and you would think everything was there...hahahaha. nope. I was supposed to receive 2 side storage drawers...they sent one....also slots to hold the mattress that get placed on top didn't even come.. So now I have been on hold with this ridiculous store for 20 minutes. Because a manager needs to be involved. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I MEAN COME ON. read more

We've been dealing with Ashley now for about two years. First it was dealing with the crappy warranty company they did have GBS. Who couldn't do anything correct after three attempts and four months. Now with our final purchases because replacement items was no longer available is a joke. We had to use the "refund" in store. Purchase "new items all over again" fine! The customer service was supposed to cancel one delivery so that the rest of our replacement items could all be delivered at one time. Nope couldn't even get this correct. Delivery contact person could not even understand basic need for one delivery. That I canceled a delivery for Tuesday to have all items delivered on Thursday. It was like talking to a broken record. I was customer service when did staff quit listening to caller and just kept repeating herself...ugh. I will be happy when I am done with this store. read more
