Jose never called me back, so I called the store back and spoke with Edgar (sales manager). I explained my issue, and he attempted to update my account to ship my rug to me. He couldn't update to send because someone was logged into my account. Stated he "update the cells" when he could access my account, and then contact me. Since he gave me his email, I emailed him the next day for an update because, AGAIN, nobody got back to me. He got back to me with "Adding the store to investigate, but we usually can't change address once it's shipped". I was floored. I never asked to change the address! So, AGAIN, I had to explain the issue in detail, and request the rug be delivered. Shocker, NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME. So I gave up and lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That lit a fire. The next day, not only did both Jose and Edgar get back to me, but corporate called me too. However, corporate just wanted me to close out my complaint with the BBB, no apology, no concession for wasting my time. I told her absolutely not until the rug is delivered without damages. When asked what they would do better to streamline this process for others going forward, she told me she had no plans. They should be ashamed of their customer service and the lack of willingness to help customers until a government agency is involved. If you are having repeated issues getting what you paid for and nobody will help you, I implore you to CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU . I really wanted to be happy with our furniture. But the issue is with the delivery service. The fact that they choose to waste our tim was unexceptionable! The delivery team planned to bump us to the bottom of the list and cancel, but we ruined there plan calling for an ETA at 12pm. The sad part is we were never going to find out until we called for ETA. They tried to make up an excuse of having the wrong address. Which would of been believable if they hadn't called verifying our address and cross streets before hand. As I am writing this review I am still in the window time and no furniture. read more

I purchased lift chair for my husband use as he now can not stand on his own without using the lift chair. This is the 2nd time the remote broke and service was called to come out. A week later they came without the remote that was broken! Bear in mind I told them that was all that was needed! Thank you for nothing Kimberly Benton and the team of Ashley Furniture Store for wasting 2 months of my life. I take much pride in being an honest, respectful and trust-worthy individual. Please take my review into consideration before you make any furniture purchase(s) from Ashley Furniture. Especially this location. I've been nothing but lied to and was given false promises from the employee there. I finally realized their true colors and how money hungry they are. Disgusting. Kimberly Benton was my sales associate who seemed like a nice lady. I had put all my trust and believed everything she had told me about my order. Let me tell you how it went: I placed my order on 09/20/21 with Kimberly. She told me it would arrive on (or even before) October 14th, 2021 in the morning. Oct. 14 comes around. Nobody had called me back to at least give me a update on my dining table whether it's on its way or not.. so I gave Kim a call. She said "Unfortunately, your order is delayed but don't worry. It will for sure arrive before Christmas Day." Kim told us to call her once a week for frequent updates on my order. So I listened to her, I called her once a week for an update and was let down each time. "It'll be here in November" then "It'll arrive around December for sure" On 11/14/21, I decided to call Ashley Furniture Store Customer Service instead of Kimberly. Lupe told me it will not be here until January!? I had also forgot to mention.. Kim told me "The table had arrive in the warehouse but we are still waiting for the chairs." Now tell me what do you think when someone says 'table'. You would think the whole entire table is there. Complete pieces and everything else. Lupe had told me that only the LEGS of the table had arrived as well as the CHAIRS. Confused and in disbelief. I've had enough. I was not going to tolerate another moment of their lies. No communication but certainly a complete unprofessional mess. I went in person to cancel my order w/ Lupe. Afterwards, I went up to Kimberly and told her "Hello, Kim. I am sorry but I have to cancel the order. I cannot wait." She stayed quiet for a good moment.. from there she switched and her whole demeanor changed. She said, "You know what you should've done? You shouldn't have canceled your order. You should've gone out to look for another table first before you canceled this one. Because you will NEVER find another dining table that's in stock or get it in time before Christmas." We said "It's already been done. It is what it is." She said "Ok then. Happy Holidays." scoffed behind my back and walked away without even apologizing. Ok? That's why I decided to go with you in the first place because I believed you. You had complete certainty about my order being delivered before Christmas. You even told me yourself to place my total trust in you. It was my mistake for even doing that. If you had not lied to me and wasted my time.. I would've taken my services elsewhere and would be sitting in my new dining set right now at this very moment. My review would have been 5 stars. We purchased barstools and a coffee table. Love the barstools! DO NOT PURCHASE anything from the showroom that you are not 100% sure you love. Regarless of what the salesperson tells you, they will NOT accept returns for any reason. If you purchase insurance, they will repair the item, but if you are unsatified for any reason TOO BAD for you. They lost our business and our daughter's forever. Hoping our defective $400 table can be repaired, however the showroom piece had a similar defect and I am not optimistic after our customer service experience. Buyer beware! read more

Don't buy from this store. we bought 2 large recliners, John Brown said that both the chairs are in stock in the warehouse. They set delivery for 2 weeks on a Saturday. Called the Friday before and said one of the chairs had not arrived and reset the delivery for the following Saturday. We got a message that one of chairs was not in and that they would be delivering on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. 1. we are not in town and 2 they used the same exact story. tried to get a hold of the salesman and can't get anyone at the store. this is the worse experience EVER!!!!! I made a purchase online on May 6 for over $2700. No one from Ashley furniture can find the order nor assist me. I call the call center which is in another country only to be lied to and totally mislead and disrespected by there reps. I go into the store off galleria circle in Henderson wait over 30 minutes to be helped. only to have the rep say imm I can help. Ashley Furniture online is a franchise and they do things different! I chat with the reps only to get over 3 virtual assistants to end the chat without providing me with any insight!! This is the worst company ever!! All my friends and family tried to warn me about there experience, I didn't liste. They should be shut down entirel. I bought a couch from them and paid for the extra coverage for it after their sales rep told me and my wife that certain things will be covered and made it sound like an easy process to get couch fixed. Overall: If you are patient and if you shop online, this is the place for you. Wonderful customer service and great place to get ideas while you make your dream home into reality-- just bring your list of things you like online and order in person to save you some money. Sometimes, the prices in store are much higher even with the Manager discount. So, I recommend paying the extra delivery and assembly fee because they will take back any damaged furniture and they will deliver all the furniture with a base price regardless if they deliver everything at once or in separate trips. Delivery/Assembly Service: Their delivery people are so kind and fast. They usually bring the couches, tables and bar stools already assembled. So when they arrive, it will only take about 5 to 10 minutes from the 3 hour delivery window. We had an issue with the table, and the delivery team quickly made a note and took it with them. read more

I ordered a Power loveseat on or About August 14 or 15th. The loveseat was delivered to me on August 17. The loveseat they sent me was the wrong color. I ordered the loveseat in cream and I got light gray. I have been trying to get Ashley to come get this thing to return it to the store, I cannot get a decent answer from them and so far I have not had this loveseat picked up! I will never ever deal with Ashley furniture again. I did nothing wrong. They screwed up and sent me the wrong color. Why won't they come pick it up? It's their error not mine they say they don't take furniture back. Well, if you send the wrong thing you should take it back. If I don't get rid of it in the next few days, I'm going to have our maintenance crew take it out of my apartment and put it down by the trash dump. read more

I honestly liked Erwin, my salesman until I discoverd he lied to me to make a sale. He led me to believe that if I didn't like the sectional I purchased without seeing it in person that I could exchange it for something else. I went in there the day after it was delivered. And they were unwilling to work with me in any capacity. I called corporate and they also would not allow me to make another selection. I have an entire home to furnish, was approved for the Ashley card and now I will be making all my purchases elsewere. Additionally, I opted to buy this sectional at Ashley rather than Big Lots which had it for less $4. So, If you are looking to buy at Ashley check Big Lots instead and save $$ and get better service! read more

Worst furniture experience I have ever had. I ordered the Besteneer dining room table, six chairs, and the server on January 3, 2019. I placed the order through the Ashley Home Store in Henderson, NV. I was promised my order would be delivered on Monday January 14, 2019. I received a text on Saturday January 12 advising me I would receive my order between Monday January 14-Wednesday January 23. I replied to the text which stated a representative would contact me. I never received a call and waited home all day Monday the 14th. I had taken off from work and my order was never delivered. I reached out to customer service on Tuesday January 15, 2019. They stated they were aware my items would not be delivered on Monday January 14, 2019 but acknowledged no one reached out to me. The representative stated all of my items would be delivered on Friday January 25, 2019. This was a complete lapse in customer service considering I was promised my furniture for the 14th and it was a surprise for my spouse's birthday. My spouse took off on the 25th from work to receive our furniture. I was not pleased when I received a phone call from customer service stating my server had been damaged and would not be delivered along with my table and chairs. This would mean I would have to take yet another day off of work to receive my server. The Customer Service person could not give me a date of when my server would even be in stock yet alone delivered. I asked to speak with a manager and spoke with John. John stated he could not give me an estimate for when the server would be in stock or delivered until the truck delivering my table and chairs returned for the night. I advised him the missed delivery dates, lack of communication, and my server not being delivered was unacceptable. He stated he would be willing to offer financial compensation once he had a delivery date for the server. In the meantime the table and chairs were delivered yesterday afternoon. The chairs were so loose that I did not feel comfortable even sitting in them. When I would lean back to sit in the chair I could feel the back separate from the seat of the chair. On top of that half of the chairs were not level. I called John back to advise him of this. He stated he could not get a technician out until February 6. Again, I advised him this was unacceptable. I have a new dining room set that I would not even be able to use for almost two weeks. John told me he would call me later in the evening with resolution about the chairs and a delivery date for my server. I never received a phone call. I purchased a sofa and an ottoman on 5 20 2024.....my salesman was Irwin Feder.... to make a long story short Irwin tells a custo er everything they want to hear to make a sale but when you need him to help you out when thi gs go awry he washes his hands... I received my Ottoman damaged, called customer service, they said I couldn't exchange it or return it just have it repaired. I said I paid for a new one so I want a new one. They wouldn't return it alltho the copy of the return policy I received clearly states the only way they won't return is if the product was a final sale or a clearance item which mine was not... Looks like I will be disputing this charge thru my credit card..YOU LOSE ASHLEYS...
