She worked with us and we were able to purchase a quality Tempur mattress and had it shipped to Our new home in AZ with no hiccups in a timely manner. I would recommend going to Shona as she will consider your budget, your sleep issues (if you have some), and make sure you find the bed that best suits you. We've gone to other retailers but we always felt like it was an up sell or they didn't care and wanted to sell us on whatever to make a sale. When we need another mattress, we are calling Shona. I bought the Tempu-pedic Pro-adapt Firm adjustable bed. Every night sleep is amazing, words can't describe it!!! I'll tell you this, my bed feels so good, I named it JAKE!!! Went into this new store, Best Sleep with my girlfriend and had no idea what to expect, but the store was not your typical mattress store, it was open and almost every bed was on an adjustable, so we had fun trying out the different collections of beds. We were not even ready to buy however Shona and Kyle, explained the easy financing and we ended up getting a Sealy Posturpedic hybrid with adjusables delivered the same day, we were so excited. Buyers beware! Worst company to purchase a mattress​ from. Their practices​ are horrible. They explain to you the return policy in their own words. Then when you do an exchange for another mattress​ they charge you for the​ promotional items they give you. Shauna is nice when she is getting the sale but when you go back she has a different​ attitude and becomes very rude. I had talked​ to Joe in the corporate​ office about my return/exchange and he had said if i kept the same size bed all the bed protectors would stay the same. They never gave me a receipt​ at the time of the exchange​, now​ ​I​ know why the merchant​ doesn't​ give you a recipet is because they want to add all these fees. Starting from the salespeople​ to the corporate​ manager this company does not stand by their word. WORST COMPANY EVER!
