    My wife and I are shopped at Ashley Furniture for at least the last 15 years. We have purchased bedroom set dining room set and to living room sets from them over those years. I find their pricing to be very reasonable and their financing makes it easy purchase bigger sets and have an extended. Of time to pay it with no interest. We've never had a problem with their Furniture breaking or having any other issues. The store itself is set up nicely and the workers are not pushy or intrusive. It may not be the same quality as Ethan Allen cool furniture stores like that before an everyday blue collar worker it's an excellent quality and good prices. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone

    We were building a new home and purchased $9,000.00+ worth of furnitures April, 2021 giving ample time for furnitures to be available since the salesperson Cassey said it will take about 3-4 months. September/October supposed to have some partial deliveries but we moved the date. January 27, 2022 Ashley made partial delivery - 3 queen beds with headboards and sofa. The love seat, dining and recliner not ready yet. The remaining orders have tentative dates when they will be ready except the love seat. Went to the store and expressed our concern about the loveseat. What if the loveseat is discontinued? The manager told us to contact customer care. I called costumer care and told me that the salesperson -Cassey will contact us in 48 hrs. This time I was starting to lose my patience. I informed her that Cassey doesn't work there anymore and that I don't appreciate being bounced around like a basketball. Plus I told her that the sofa that was just delivered was falling apart. The metal frame at the back of the sofa was sticking out and 2 nails were out . I found this out because I cut my finger when cleaning the back of the sofa. And on the other side, nails are starting to come out. So much for quality. Customer care asked that I send some pics and I did. 48 hours lapsed and no calls or emails so I called the store and spoke to Rachelle. She told me that the loveseat is discontinued. I informed her that we don't want the sofa then. My husband and I went to the store to settle things out. Thanks to Rachelle. It was really a nightmare dealing with Ashley. Buyers beware. If you want quality furnitures right away or in a short period of time, then look somewhere else. Never again will I deal or purchase anything at this store. Lesson learned.

Out of all the stores, this one left us the most frustrated. When we first walked into AFW, a salesperson greeted us right away, which is fine -- but even after we said we were just browsing, he followed us around the store, staying a row behind us the entire time. We eventually asked a few questions, got the info we needed, and left to check out other stores. This place makes you feel like you're buying a car, there's a window price and then we have to get a manager to get the real price. Even though everything is supposed to be on sale. The next day, we came back to take another look at some couches and beds after comparing other stores. Again, we were greeted immediately, though this time the salesperson gave us more space to look before we approached her. We asked for prices on a few items -- a sleeper sofa and loveseat, dining table with four chairs, coffee and end tables, and two twin beds. That's where the frustration really started. We were told everything was "on sale," but when we asked for the discounted total, the salesperson simply handed us a list of regular prices. When I asked about the sale, she said, "Well, are you going to buy?" I told her I might if the price was fair, and then she had to get a manager involved. The manager came over, looked at the paper, and said he could "take off $150" -- which wasn't even a 5% discount. It felt more like buying a car than shopping for furniture. When I questioned it, he went back to the computer and came back with another sheet that showed a random $74 discount, no explanation of how it was calculated. We ended up buying our beds elsewhere for much less -- same warranty, same quality. Honestly, the prices here were no better than any other store, despite the constant "everything on sale" claims. The experience felt confusing and pushy, and the pricing was anything but transparent. See for yourself check out the furniture stores they will tell you they are the cheapest around! You don't have to be the cheapest just be "Honest" and upfront with pricing and sales. Thats why somethings are marked down others not they decide if that items on sale or not. But if it's want we want we will make a purchase.

    Note this is a pickup review. Went here on Wednesday…read moreSeptember 17th 2025 with my dad to pick up the bookshelf we ordered on Saturday August 23rd. Got to say that it seemed to be ready fairly quickly, which is a good thing. Oh and pickup is in between the two buildings at America's best warehouse. Easy to find and pull into. We got there, arrived, and they gave us the bookshelf. My dad also noticed a scratch, so after trying to get the guys attention- they fixed that and touched it up on the spot. Bookshelf was already assembled. Easy pickup. Hope to be back soon!
