    As soon as I walked into the store, I noticed the most comfortable couch and couldn't resist sitting on it! Joe, who works there, came over and had a friendly chat with my partner and me. He was incredibly helpful and patient as we looked for a couch, end tables, and a coffee table. His professionalism made our shopping experience thoroughly enjoyable

    The customer service here is an incredible nightmare. I read another persons review and everything she experienced and more is what I experienced. My husband and I ordered a bedroom set and couch. First, the delivery date changed, twice. Then, the delivery driver barely tried to get it in then damaged the couch. We didn't notice the damage until the delivery report. Trying to get a customer service rep was horrible. When I asked for the corporates number, I was given, (844) 244-5300, crime stoppers. I was hung up on 3 times as well as my husband. Everybody's experience is different. Maybe try ordering 1 item at a time. I know they sales reps get commission but due to the customer service we cancelled the couch. I would have cancelled the bedroom set but I had been sleeping on my mattress on the floor for a week preparing for the delivery. This review just scratches the surface. Only thing that would make me happy is a discount on my bedroom set and or a refund of the delivery charge. I don't know if this matters or not but they are in-dependably owned. Would I recommend someone to this location, NO. I would suggest doing research to make sure they are a corporate store.

    Philip Czerniak sold me 2 sets of matching furniture. The first set was delivered while the second set was on backorder and expected to be delivered in November. The second set has now been discontinued 1.5 months after purchase and I'm told I need to cancel the second set or pick something else out. Both sets were purchased from the same collection and Ashley Furniture refuses to take back or discount the first set for all the inconvenience caused. Phil and his team were zero help and told me my only option is to call customer service... also zero help.

    Oh how I wish I read the reviews before going to Ashley instead of Darvin. NEVER AGAIN. This entire experience was painful from start to finish. When we came into Darvin we met our sales person who although nice, was very spacey and not at all organized or able to focus. We placed an order for a simple 3 pc couch. A love seat, armless chair, and chaise. We told her we wanted a LAF love seat and RAF chaise. She writes up the order and it shows a LAF Love seat and LAF chaise. I tell her about the typo and she says, " OH I'm so sorry, I forgot my glasses today and must have typed it in wrong. I'll fix it and email you the corrected receipt." I knew better, and I should have made her fix it right then and there. Then I get an email. Now its a RAF Loveseat and a RAF Chaise. At this point I'm curious how this is real life. I called the help desk, said they fixed it which shocker, they did not. So now I call the store and speak with a manager. Some woman who did not identify herself. I said what the issue was and she said (And I swear on anything good and Holy), "Hold on let me find your salesman and have her confirm so when it gets delivered to your house and you say its wrong when we ordered it right, there's no confusion." I said, excuse me what did you just say to me??? she responds with putting me on hold. Now I'm talking to my space cadet again and she is trying to reason with me that a LAF chaise is actually a RAF chaise and its ordered correctly. I continuously am trying to train this girl on how to do her own job and she texts me a picture of my exact couch, with the exact set up I originally ordered, the exact way I wrote it. I called her back and told her she literally sent me the correct picture of my couch and it says RAF chaise. She says "Oh.... I'll fix it." Then I hear the POS manager in the background say, "Wait she ordered it righ...." Click. Yeah doll. I did. Then the delivery, this was the absolute best. Hector and his wrecking crew show up, park their delivery truck ON MY DRIVEWAY soooo not okay and use one of my pumpkins as a door stop. Given the fact that I had so many issues with the ordering process, I ask Hector if its a right arm chaise, he says, " I dunno" with an attitude and walks right passed me into my house. Now I'm fuming. The wrecking crew proceed to essentially throw my couch pcs upside down on the floor, and start drilling away at the feet of the couch. Literally ALL of them are crooked. I said something and they totally ignored me. Ashley owes me money for training their floor team, sanity, composure, and whatever structural damage they caused to my f****** driveway. Complete garbage operation.

    Purchased a $3,200+ sectional from here. Bought the extended warranty...total waste. One year in, the threading holding the cushions up ripped apart. Contacted customer service and the store both said this was NOT covered under warranty. How is this not!? Absolutley insane...we were sold this warranty promised that it would cover any issues including damage. Needless to say don't trust these people and definitley will not be referring anyone here. Going to be pursuing this one, just wait.

    The photo confirming our couch has been delivered. Absolutely laughable.

    Avoid ordering anything from Ashley Furniture. That is the advice I give. Unless you want to take the gamble that everything will go 100% smoothly with your purchase & delivery and you won't need to speak to anyone about anything, because their customer service is absolutely horrible to deal with. We ordered a table from Ashley Furniture. The table arrived broken. They sent us a replacement table. They told us FedEx would not pick up our old, broken table, and we had to donate it to a non-profit. Okay, no problem. The very next day, FedEx showed up at our door to pick up our return... Because this was unbeknownst to us, we didn't have the 145lb table properly taped to give it to them. Had we known they were coming we would've been prepared. I get on the phone with their "customer service" representatives. They tell us FedEx will actually come and pick up our return. Oh, okay. So FedEx shows up again. Asks us if we have a return label. Nope. I get on the phone with their "customer service" representatives again. Back and forth. I must've been on the phone with them 10 separate times. They tell us FedEx is supposed to provide the return label. FedEx is telling us Ashley is supposed to send it to us. Ashley Furniture tells me they will email me the return label. They never did. Another "customer service" representative tells again to just donate it. The three donation centers in my area either tell me they aren't accepting furniture at this time, or they aren't doing residential pick ups. Nice. So now we're stuck with a broken table. Around the same time, we had also ordered a couch. We received a phone call from someone at Ashley Furniture asking us if 11/25 is an okay delivery date. We agreed. 11/25 comes and we receive a text message that our delivery driver has arrived. There is no driver in sight. Minutes later, we receive a confirmation text, and a confirmation email that our couch has been delivered. There is even a squiggly mark as my signature stating "I have received my package." AND, a picture that the driver took of his dirty dashboard in his vehicle as confirmation our couch has been delivered. Upon speaking to another genius service representative, they cannot explain to us why we have received all the confirmation our couch has been delivered, all they can tell us is our delivery date is 12/9. First time we have ever heard of the 12/9 date. I doubt the couch will be here 12/9. I'll even include the exact picture the delivery driver provided for us in our confirmation email. After this huge stressful hassle I will never order anything from Ashley Furniture again. Save yourself the headache!

    Horrible company, no product support. Customer service does nothing but string you along. Buy your furniture somewhere else.

    Never shop here. most unhelpful customer service ever! 6 months for a simple replacement part with no resolution or help. the worst.
