I opted to pick them up from the warehouse because they wanted $200 for delivery which I find insanely expensive. Unpackaged the couch. One of the seat cushions was sewn incorrectly and there was a gap between the cushions at the front because of it. The 2 back cushions were not even close to being fitted correctly to the couch. There was probably a 4-5 inch gap. Unpackaged the leather recliner and the lower part of the back leather was loose at the center seam. It looked like a loose flap of skin. I tried to smooth it out with my hand and it wasn't happening at all. Basically looks like what you would expect leather to look like after 2 years of sitting on it after it stretches. Did not look like the floor model where all the leather looked nice and smooth. Didn't even open the table because we were so dissatisfied with the loveseat and chair that we didn't want any of it. I was told very specifically to look at them very carefully and call within 48 hours if there are any issues. As instructed I did and sent an email with pictures and told them how dissatisfied I was and didn't want any of it and wanted to return the whole lot. The customer service line actually told me that if I wanted to return them that since I picked them up, that I would need to take them back. Then the store manager called me. He had seen my email and the pictures. I explained the same things to him and that I didn't want it. He proceeded to tell me that they would replace the couch. I explained that I didn't want a replacement because I was so dissatisfied with the quality and I just wanted to return it. At that point he informed me that I would be charged a 15% restocking fee if I returned it. So let me get this straight. If there are defects on the piece of furniture that I would need to pay a restocking fee so you can sell a defective piece of furniture to someone else? Basically having such a horrible experience that I want nothing to do with their store or anything they sell. For a $1,500 chair and $930 loveseat, you would think you can get quality and if they are that bad that you'd have an option to not have them replaced and get your money back. I should have paid for the delivery because I could have refused them immediately. Lesson learned for sure on that.

But I did order out of the Joliet store. I got a $500 credit if I never called for any kind of repair to be done. And that was for 5 years. So my fiance and I decided to get a storage trunk and two bar stools using that $500 credit. Went back to Joliet and had a terrible experience there. The sales rep for the name was Omar. I recommend everyone to avoid that place. So we decided to try the Orland Park store. I was determined to use that $500 credit. We met Caesar and unlike Omar, he gave us his number and I was actually able to talk to him where Omar gave us his number and never returned or even answer his phone. People if you do decide to go Ashley Furniture, only deal with Caesar. It was Flawless and I did not have any problems. And it's hard for me to say that because I absolutely hate Ashley Furniture.

The warranty was presented as offering meaningful protection, but in real use it did not deliver. When I attempted to use the warranty, the coverage proved to be extremely limited and resulted in no meaningful resolution. The process involved poor communication and denials that made the protection effectively useless. The warranty did not function as it was represented at the time of sale. Although Ashley Furniture sold the warranty and ProtectAll administers it, the overall experience reflects a lack of transparency and good-faith service. A warranty should provide real coverage when needed, not technical barriers that prevent any real benefit. Based on my experience, this warranty offers little value for its cost. I am sharing this review so other consumers can make an informed decision before purchasing this warranty through Ashley Furniture, or even buying furniture from them.

Fred was very helpful in selecting a comparable fridge, swapped the items in the computer and the next day I am sitting waiting a few hours before going shopping. I am so sick of eating out! Delivery company they now use is fantastic. They called day of delivery with a window and then called when I was the next stop. Old one out, new one placed where I wanted it, easy peasy. Mattress stores always seem to get either 5 stars or 1 star - I'm somewhere in between at 4 stars…read more We liked this store and the service when we were in the hunt for a full-sized mattress and box spring (now called foundation). Mattress Firm seems to be one of a dozen mattress stores in Orland Park, but they may be the last one standing when it is all over. Whenever there is open retail space a mattress store seems to gobble it up. There is no build-out and the mattress store can move in and out in a jiffy. So many strip mall owners lease cheaply to mattress stores to at least have something in the space while they look for a long term tenant. Thus, we have a dozen or so mattress stores in the neighborhood. Then along comes Mattress Firm - one of the few stores with a national presence - and they pretty much roll up the competition to form a single big operator. Thus today we only have a few mattress outlets. We came here and were very pleased with the service and selection. With a regional distribution warehouse in Romeoville, Mattress Firm can pretty much deliver anything you purchase the next day or so. Liked our experience, and would not hesitate to come back.
