However, once we paid and the delivery process began it got dicey. Things took way too long to get to us, and you never know who you got on the phone for service. The Covana is nice, but it has been a nightmare to get proper installation of the shades that go with it. Have spoken to managers and then they pass me to the next person and they never call back when they say they will. Still working to complete properly the install of the Covana shade clips for something we ordered 4 months ago. Recently, an installation person came out and put a clip up that came off two days later. Overall, it has been a maddening process. I'm not typically a negative review writer, but this one had to be written.

I contacted and met with quite a few pool companies. When Dave at SunSpot came out to assess our backyard, we felt confident that he and his crew could handle the task. He also built a beautiful retaining wall, required due to the grade of the yard, which ran along one side of the pool. Our saltwater pool turned out beautiful and we highly recommend SunSpot Pool for a pool installation. Their staff was also very helpful in walking me through how to use the equipment, proper maintenance, etc. We unfortunately were relocated this past year and miss our backyard oasis that SunSpot created.
