We paid another return fee and upgraded to a sealy bed and quickly noticed that the two mattresses weren't even the same size or length. We returned them and finally asked for our money back and that's when we found out that the $2,400 adjustable frame was nonreturnable! In total, we spent $8,100 for these beds and got back $4,290.00! Subtract the non-returnable bed frame of $2,400 and you can see how much we were charged return fees and restocking fees. You've been warned. IF you choose to purchase one of these overpriced beds, make sure that you know that their frames are a final sale AND hopefully you'll like the first mattress you receive because the return fees can eat your budget.

Bob really took the time to evaluate our unique needs, and the coolest part was how he helped us do a quick 3-minute evaluation on their Bed Match machine. He described how the Bed Match machine uses science to help select the best mattress for us, as it senses our pressure points and where we needed more or less support. We highly recommend shopping at Sleep Outfitters in Beavercreek and using the Bed Match machine, it completely took the guesswork out of the selection process for us. We ultimately selected one of their Kings Down Hybrid mattresses that had a cooler sleep surface then the Tempur Breeze in our opinion and a combination of comfort and support that we couldn't find in other products we tested. The adjustable base feature that we added was a game changer as well, it has a wind down feature that we will use in the evenings to really get our bodies ready for great sleep. We stayed within our budget and even took advantage of their easy 60-month 0% interest financing, and they even threw in a few free gifts!
