Had another great cleaning from Nancy's Cleaning Service. Previous tenant left home filthy and in addition to that had a pet. Looked like they hadn't swept, let alone mopped, in years. Meat was left rotting and leaking on top of the fridge. The inside of kitchen cabinets were horrendous. Trash/boxes were also scattered all over the rest of the house Nancy & crew came in and gave a fair estimate without being overwhelmed by the mess left. The crew scoured clean both bathrooms and the kitchen. Floors were swept, mopped and then steam cleaned. They cleaned inside all cabinets and wiped down all the walls. The house was cleaned thoroughly and swiftly. The place looked about three shades brighter! This is the third time I've used Nancy's service and this was by far the most work the team had to do. Then when I inquired twice she informed me that she is told that there is not service in my area for weeks. She put me through in a very challenging position as I told her I am on a tight deadline. They did an extremely deep cleaning as we're moving in to a new home and they came and cleaned the entire thing from top to bottom. They did the dishes and cleaned the cabinets that stored them, they did every blind, every window sill, and the floors and carpet were done carefully and thoroughly. I reached out to Nancy's Cleaning Service for a deep cleaning of my 1200 sqft home. The home had recently undergone some renovations and there was construction dust everywhere. Nancy's was responsive and offered to come out and look at the home before offering a quote. She worked with my schedule and came out in a Wednesday morning before I went to work. She was there less than 5 minutes and sent me a text message later that day for a price of $300. I thought that was fair considering the dust. She said she had availability for Saturday afternoon. On Saturday I went to wash the bedding so that they could put the bedding on. They got to the house and texted me that the house was dirtier than when she saw it on Wednesday. Which was not true! Then when I got there with the bedding they said that they do not do that. Meaning that they do not make beds. So I proceeded to make my beds while they waited for payment. It was 4-5 people who came to clean so it only took them less than 90 minutes. However, IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! The floors were still dusty, the countertops were gritty, they did not move any furniture when vacuuming or mopping the floors- which they didn't mop, they used a swiffer jet which doesn't cut it with construction dust. My house was still dirty. Nancy's said that they would send someone else to re-do the floors and when I reached out, I got no response. I do not recommend this company. read more

After calling around and sending messages on Yelp because I was unhappy with my previous housekeeping services, I came across Nancy's Cleaning. Edwin replied quickly and was able to set up an appointment with a quote. I gave him my specifications and my address and he was able to come over, look over my home for about 5 minutes, and give me a fair and reasonable price for services. We ended up setting an appointment a week after, and he just left my home. Edwin and Nancy came and got the job done! He is very responsive and customer service was very great. From the amount of dust that was held from construction, it was all gone in the matter of 3-4 hours of deep clean service. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience as some of the 5 starts yelper here. If you're a landlord and want to hire for a move_out cleaning, RETHINK!!! This is NOT an "all-in-one" place convenience. It has been almost 3 months and we still haven't received our invoice, which was paid in fulled. Good luck if you need proof of services and receipts to send to your tenant or worst court. I initially message them for a tenant move-out cleaning quote. They insisted to have the owner Edwin comes out to meet with me. To sum up the main point. He promised a lot but delivered way less. 1) He told me they could steam and clean the carpet to "90%" the original condition. LIED! A guy drove a 2000 Toyota Celica showed up with a tiny machine in his trunk and they called that a professional cleaning. OK then...we ended up replacing the carpet. Costing us ($3500) 2) The cleaning lady said she could clean off the stains on the rubber on washer door. LIED!! She couldn't do it. We had to replace the rubber for door ($180 + $95 another service call since the technician has to come back) 3) The stove, dishwasher, some windows, and shutters weren't thoroughly cleaned. He charged $10 each window (discounted from $14) 4)***This one hurt us badly. Edwin charged us $3000+ for paints, materials, and labors for a horrible painting job. See my pictures. I was mistaken that he has a separate group doing this. His so-called "painting crew" is a man&woman, which also happened to be his cleaning people. I can't believe we were fooled to go with it. See the pictures, you can judge the quality of the work yourself. They're so pro that they skipped the blue taping step. wow. 5) He charged $75 to pressure wash the garage and the small, all cemented backyard. His pressure washer machine psi is way weaker than the one my husband bought from Amazon to clean our house. What the heck. We thought has something professionally or special. The areas still have stains everywhere. 6) There were a few more things that he needed to come back and go over, but after we paid him. He doesn't pick the phone anymore. It took them days to reply to our texts and messages. We couldn't wait for any longer, so we ended up hiring a different crew. He cowardly had his wife drop off the key to us and not even show up himself. 7) Here's a none-related to cleaning lying...Edwin is the owner/manager. He makes all the decisions. Just to help clear up for the lady that gave them the 1 star. The reason "Nancy" hasn't called you back because there's no "Nancy". I got to give that 1 start to the yelp messaging lady. She is actually very good with getting back to you right the way. Edwin initially quoted me $2725 for the cleaning. She sent me the written estimate of $3025. HA!!! She was very quick to fix it...yea, she did it in less than 5 minutes. No thank you...never again. read more

This company refused to give me a quote because I didn't want to give out my address and personal phone number just yet. I told her that I just wanted to gage how much it cost to clean a home that was x amount of sq foot, x amount of bedrooms, x amount of bathrooms. I provided her/him with the details to our home. I just wanted to get a price so that I could compare with the prices in the local area. Even though I didn't want to give out our address for privacy reasons, I gave her as detailed as I could the cross streets and city. Without any really good reason, she/he told me that they couldn't give me an estimate and that was that. The purpose of getting a quote is to get a quote. If they didn't service our area, I would understand but she/he didn't even give me that as a reason. I think its pretty bad business practice to refuse to give out a quote if the prospective client didn't want to give out super personal information like phone number/address. I get spammed all the time on my phone with unwanted text messages/phone calls. Obviously in our day and age, we got to be more careful giving out this information. I don't understand why they can't respect this very simple wish and just work around it. Who knows, I might have hired them to do the cleaning? Instead, you just end up alienating potential business. read more

I didn't want to go into details on my experience and call out Nancy's service but they had my rating removed because it want a long enough description, so here it goes.... Nancy's cleaning crew was suppose to come between 9:00-9:30am with two cleaners for two hours and they were billing me accordingly. They showed up at 10:am with one cleaner and the guy who brough the cleaner drove off without an explanation. The cleaning woman said he was coming right back with the second person. Well fast forward to 11:30 and the one cleaner said she is finished cleaning (in only 1.5 hours). Miraculously the guy is back to pick her up. I said it was fine but since I only had one cleaner for less than two hours versus two cleaners for two hours I was only comfortable paying half. He said no he needs full payment and when I explained that it didn't seem right/ fair/ or appropriate he said he needed the money or Nancy was going to take his money away from him. This really concerned me, what kind of business is Nancy running? And why is she taking this guy's money from him? He said don't worry about it or be concerned just give him the full amount. They he randomly offered that it's dangerous for the cleaners to be in my home alone so he has to be there... Which I said "what does that have to do with me paying the full price?" He said to give him all his money because Nancy expects all her checks delivered at the end of the day or he is in trouble. Basically he started scaring me that something was going to happen to him and the cleaners' money if he didn't deliver to Nancy in a timely manner. But he said if I give him all the moment right now she will for sure reimburse me later. That makes so sense! Why would she take all the money now and miraculously pay me back later? And why am I paying for four hours of service when she and her cleaners know full well it only takes 1.5 hours? Anyways the cleaning ladies seem nice but I hope they aren't getting bullied or held up on their money. FYI he swore Nancy would call me to clear all this up and reimburse me and make it right.
