I have been a patient of Dr. Joshi for a while, Id guess 2007 or so. Overall I like his level of…read morecare. Hell tell me he dont know shit about this or that and send me a specialist. I got Digestive Health Specialists helping me out with some things. I got cancer in 2013 went through chemo in 2016. His front office used to do things like call for appointment reminders. Back when Jessica worked the front. As a guy I dont really care if its a male or female doctor with the exception of when the little guy decides to say hello. I find Samatha and Jessica nice to look at. I have found other hot female medical personal. Well one of his NP cant deal with a guy with boner. And if a female doctor or Nurse cant deal with that I want nothing to do with them. I have had several female doctors and nurses along the way along with male doctors and nurses. There is 1 NP at his office that cant deal with that and I dont have to see her. However the people he has working at the front desk now. I didnt get a reminder phone call for my last appointment and that will cost me $100 now. I spent my week talking to my GI doctor that is the 9811 number and 1 other. His office did call me today 1/26/23 to tell me I missed the appointment. But before that it wasnt until 12/28/22. I got sick XMas week, I tried calling their office around a dozen times. I think I had a person answer 1. I ended up communicating with his office through a 3rd party that week. The 3rd party told me his office had COVID someone could have set up an answering machine message for that. I got a pretty bad cold. It is the worst week to get sick. nurses like any other profession take off the holiday. I have some problems my GI doctor tells me things like end stage EOE is losing the ability to swallow anything including water, end stage fatty liver disorder is liver failure if left untreated. They are setting me up with someone to help with some stuff. But while I was doing that I was not thinking about my high blood pressure appointment at Dr. Joshi office. A phone call would have been appreciated. Below is screen shots of my oh shit phone which my doctors, and a couple of friends have access too. They did not f'in call me. My other doctors call. Availability and distance might have me searching for a new doctor. A doctor that understands life happens and I might not remember an appointment I made 3 to 6 months ago.

They put me in great health. My A1C was in the 12s.Im now in the 7s.Awsome staff.read more

I was so grateful to have Dr. Z come to my apartment to care for my newborn and me. Dr. Z is knowledgeable, kind, and flexible. The model of having the first two months of my child's care from home was so comforting- it allowed me and my baby to stay in the home and rest and heal after delivery. Meg from Tova health handled all the admin stuff. She made scheduling, paperwork, and setting-up the patient portal super simple. When it was time to transition beyond the first two months of care, Dr. Z and Meg helped us find the best pediatrician and make sure they had all our records. Awesome experience! Tova Health is the best!

I was not able to get out of bed for over a week after the birth, so our first meeting was with her sitting at the foot of my bed. Thank goodness we chose her for my daughter's pediatrician because there was no way I would have been able to take her to an office. I really needed the fourth trimester care to help me process the trauma from birth, and Dr. Z let me cry and repeat the story over and over again. I'll never forget the time she hugged me and promised me something good would come out of it. She was also provided excellent care to my daughter. I will never forget our crazy first meeting and her kindness. She listened and provided me care when my own OB/GYN's office failed to do so. It is absolutely ludicrous the postpartum care we receive. This fourth trimester care model should be mandatory everywhere.

Reading these were a wow factor ~not dismissing anyone else's experience but it did make me realize…read morehow we mostly remember to "yelp" when we're upset rather than pleased or grateful. So I'd like to do that now. I've been with Chelmsford Family for 20+ yrs & are very happy with them & have not had any issues so severe. It's always clean. Every single nurse (esp Sue!) have ALWAYS been helpful, thorough and empathetic to every sick visit (my family of 5 all go here ) over the yrs. I started with Dr Byrne for my first born and Dr Scott stepped In for him when he retired. Altho he was an adequate Dr (this was a joke between my husband and I lol, cuz he was fine but not thorough ) I find Dr. Scott much more competent, thorough and just easier to talk to. And she's great with my kids which to me - is everything. Dr Nguyen is my boys' Dr and he's great with them too! Now the front desk can be curt but I will say they always call me back. They always keep me in the loop when I need something and they've never been rude to me, but I can see how they would have bad busy days sometimes ... trying to take care of so many different issues for everybody. It must be tolling. So in summation, this practice is pretty great. I would and do recommend them to my friends and family.

I would rather take my chances as Kristi Noem's puppy than ever allow Kathryn Maier to be in charge…read moreof my care. :~) Just because you CAN become a doctor doesn't mean you SHOULD. I've never met a healthcare professional with such an abhorrent bedside manner, I would recommend that she work behind a desk all day instead of with patients, but that doesn't seem fair to subject the computer to. She speaks to patients with disgust, disdain, presumption, condescension, and blatant animosity. The way she practices can only be described as lazy, spiteful, and petty; it is clear when you meet with her that she has no intention of helping you get better, her superiority complex prevents her from acting with the patients' best interests in mind, and instead she tosses out diagnoses to make her job easy. Any attempts to advocate for yourself are mocked and ignored, and the clinical notes are written with the intention of making her patients appear like stupid hypochrondriacs for daring to speak up. Lucky for her patients though, she very rarely actually documents the care she provides, and only seems to upload notes when she sees fit. The three notes that she DID write while I was under her care were: 1. Written "with the help" of AI, 2. Had many typos, and 3. Clearly took inspiration from Regina George in Mean Girls when writing the Burn Book. I came to this practice for years seeking help, but they refused to provide me with the care that I needed because they found it easier to blame all everything on me and accuse me of making myself sick. Turns out that it wasn't "anxiety" -- it was a tumor! :-) If you need a new PCP, you're genuinely better off relying on WebMD or asking someone who watches Grey's Anatomy for advice.

And when you call back to get any sort of help, you get screamed at by the oncall doctor who is unhelpful, and does not understand empathy or pain of patients who have to do so much to advocate for themselves over and over again to get access to SINGLE MEDICATION? I came at 1:45pm to be seen. After 5pm, the prescription finally gets sent out. When it gets sent out, I'm on the phone with over 5+ pharmacies, over and over again who all say they dont have the medication, but they do have the elixir form. I call the oncall doctor (who is not my doctor because I'm running out of time, and pharmacies will close) to see she can send the elixir form and she starts screaming at me saying I shouldn't be using the phone. Rupa Reddy, you're a sick awful severely deranged person. I have had a severe mouth sores for over a week hoping they can help, and now the day is over, everyone left, and I did not receive my medication, and I'm in severe pain. Thats just how awful this office is, they don't give a shit about their patients.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and needed a new primary care physician. I researched…read morethe area and saw Chelmsford Primary Care had great reviews, and that Dr. Sun was accepting new patients. My husband and I got our appointments within 2 weeks of contacting the practice and they were one right after another which made it so easy for us. When we arrived, the women at the front desk were SO kind and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home right away. The medical assistant (she had pink hair) was so friendly and very good at her job. Dr. Sun is easily the best PCP I've ever had, and I knew that right off the bat. Not only is she incredibly warm and kind, but she is thorough, upbeat, understanding and truly listens when you bring up a concern. She made me feel comfortable within seconds of meeting her and I could tell she not only cares deeply about her patients, but she is an excellent doctor. My husband had an equally positive experience with her. We are very happy to have found Chelmsford Primary Care and Dr. Sun, and we hope to be patients here for many years to come.
