Love Aimee!!! Was in Long Beach a few weeks ago and do two drop-in class. Aimee is very low key, humble and knowledgeable in both postures and adjustment. She gave a few tips which has improved some of my postures in second series tremendously. The studio on Long Beach blvd. was beautiful but I believe she will be moving to another studio as of tomorrow (November 1st).
