I just finished a private session here and let me just say. This was absolutely the greatest thing I could of possibly do. I been having a lot of soreness from previous workouts and wanted a session that focuses on the areas where I have the most issues. She succeeded in targeting those areas and even more some by explaining each positions. I made a Yelp account SPECIFICALLY to write this review. I have been dealing with chronic pain issues for a while now, and haven't attempted yoga in an embarrassingly long amount of time. I had the privilege of attending a one-on-one session with Laila on Sunday that completely changed my outlook. For the past six months, I have lost an immense amount of self confidence and trust in my own body. Talking and working with Laila through a personalized yoga session has given me back my trust. She is amazing at what she does, and welcomed me with an open and unbiased mind. This studio welcomes people with chronic pain and adjusts your workouts to fit your body type. I could not have asked for a better session. I went back today for my second yoga session and am so looking forward to see how my body progresses.
