Do not send your luxury automobile to ASI Collision if you're looking for a responsive service provider and a quick turnaround. These guys won't return your calls, they consistently push back your deadline to receive your vehicle, and fail to keep you updated on the progress of your car. I get that with COVID-19, there are going to be delays - ASI will never tell you what those delays are for or that they're even there absent numerous calls on your part. It's a bait and switch - they tell you your car will be done at a set time and then never respond to you when you're months past the deadline. If you love your luxury car, go elsewhere. read more

First of all I want to note that you should not judge this place by the neighborhood at all. My relatively new Audi was in an accident that 100% was not my fault so I wanted to get genuine Audi parts. Being relatively new to the Boston area, I found AS after calling two Audi dealerships (Brookline and Natick) for a body repair shop that utilizes genuine Audi parts/paint; they both recommended AS as the only option. This scared me a bit because I thought it might be a scam where they split their profits but I was quickly proven wrong. After getting the other persons insurance information I gave AS a call to book an appointment for that afternoon. Within those 4 hours AS coordinated with the insurance company, appraisal company, and rental car company and a rental (from Enterprise) was ready for me. Their fast yet professional service made me feel very confident. Both Dave and Anthony know cars very well and found damage to the trunk and wheels that I normally would have missed. Although it took a few days after dropping the car off to get an update on the project (could be an insurance company delay) they were happy to take my annoying calls and even sent me email updates (as per my request) so I could plan ahead to get the car. Start to finish AS had my car for a little over 3 weeks, but I attribute this to their close attention to detail. My car has a unique paint color and they had to special order it from Audi in order to get it to match perfectly. When I got my car back it was fully detailed (inside and out) and perhaps even waxed. I am someone that takes REALLY good care of their car and it looked as nice as the day I drove it off the lot. In the end, I was completely pleased with not only the work that they did on my car, but their professionalism and ability to take charge and deal with all aspects of the repair process. I visited Automotive Specialties to repair my Audi A5, which got hit by a deer in Kansas. Anthony and Richard have been very friendly and worked with my out-of-state insurance provider seamlessly. The repair job was overall excellent, as well as the light detailing they carried out after the repair - the exterior of my car now looks like brand new. There were, however, some minor flaws left on the interior. The leather on the back seats got creased. In addition, there were what seemed to be detergent residues left on the dashboard. Meticulous work and great customer service. They promised that they guarantee their work if anything goes wrong (they fixed my headlight lamp and bumper). A year later the bulb burned out. They explained they hadn't actually replaced the bulb; the new LED bulbs are separate from the headlight case, and at the time, the headlight case and bumper had been cracked, but, the bulb was working fine. Nevertheless they asked me to bring it in, at my convenience, so they could take a quick look, to make sure it had nothing to do with their work (it didn't; the case and bumper still look great). However, they had a bulb in stock (these bulbs are not inexpensive!) and just installed it for me, free of charge. They didn't have to do this but I think they recognize that extra services like that really impress customers and make them want to come back. I was extremely impressed anyway! But more importantly, the work they did was very good, and they are recognized and recommended by local Audi dealers. read more

I can't say enough about Automotive Specialities. I crashed my 2015 Mercedes and did a pretty good amount of damage. My car was towed to a shop that said they couldn't look at it for a couple days. First and foremost, ASI Collision is Audi Certified! They will actually pick up your car and drop it off at a location that is convenient for you which already is amazing! In my case, I had to file 3 claims to fix my beautiful Audi and on top of that, my insurance refused to pay for one of the claims (the most expensive claim out of the 3). The situation was so stressful, especially not knowing what I was going to do or where I was going to go with such a huge cost AND I had absolutely no time due to my busy schedule. My Audi A3 was swiped shortly after I purchased it. The Audi USA website indicated that Automotive Specialties was an Audi-certified repair shop, so I took it here. I was highly impressed with both the quality of the repairs and with the level of service provided by AS. Though my car was entirely driveable, AS extended the convenience of picking up my damaged car and delivering it back after it was repaired. AS did a more thorough inspection of the damage than my insurance company did and secured full reimbursement (less my deductible, of course) from my insurer (my insurer estimated that damage would cost about $1,000 to repair, while AS found $7.500 worth of damage). The work AS performed was perfect and my car looks good as new. They cleaned and detailed my car and I think they actually even touched up a small nick in my bumper (which was not where my accident damage was). Service staff were very polite and responsive--really great people to deal with. If you have the misfortune to have damage to a high quality European vehicle, Automotive Specialties is the place to go. read more

ASI is THE shop to go to. My baby, I mean my Audi, has experienced damage ranging from weather related damage to being hit multiple times within months. I wish I didn't need to see ASI and the great team over there under these circumstances but in these situations, there is no other shop I would trust to go to. I come from a background of family members who were mechanics and auto body specialists- so knowing the game and trusting another shop is MAJOR for me to say. Along with that knowledge, my pickiness and attention to detail, I can say with confidence that I am very satisfied with the work. ASI is Audi certified meaning they are trained in the proper techniques, knowledge, tools and OEM parts that Audi uses. They are one of the very few shops in the state that offer this high level service. Often times other shops may be talented but not as well versed in the proper techniques to use with certain brands. This was one of the main reasons I first decided to check out ASI around five years ago. The quality of work, the cleanliness of their space and the team are why I kept going back when I needed to. When I originally found out it was a family owned shop, I was very pleased. It is a mirror image of my family, meaning you can see the hard work, values and dedication they pour into their work. The team that work for the family are all amazing as well. Often times I have dealt with Kim, who is at the front desk and always a pleasure to deal with. They are genuinely interested in hearing what your concerns are with the repair and with any additional work you may need done no matter how busy their day might be. Anthony always goes the extra mile and has even done research on his own on my behalf to make me a satisfied customer whenever I had the most random questions or requests. He has gone above and beyond with the repairs, dealing with the adjusters, dealing with the insurance companies, dealing with ME and any additional work I needed done. While the work may take some time, it is necessary as the burden of dealing with the insurance company is something that Anthony has taken on and we all know how insurance companies can get. As soon as stepped into this place I was warmly welcomed and greeted. I think I might've meet everyone there. Michael helped me get an estimate of what my vehicle's damage was and made my whole process clear, smooth, and easy. My car didn't seem safe to drive anymore and I was unaware of it.
