We love the other two locations but this one was incredibly disappointing for their lack of cleanliness. Toddler time is a great opportunity for little ones to expel energy and UE offers that. However, I don't feel it is sanitary at all especially for the young ages that are there. They have chemical bottles just laying around that can easily get into the wrong hands. They had garbage laying around on and by the gym mats, even though it clearly says not to bring food in there ppl don't always listen. There was a staff member "working" but she was just sitting on a mat the entire hour and lots of rules were broken without care (shoes being worn, etc). There has been a broken light for quite some time and it's also a safety concern where the bulb flashes like a stobe. This can be extremely harmful to someone who has epilepsy and isn't a precaution that people aware about before they enter, nor is it something that they have fixed and has been like that for quite some time. There is chalk everywhere which is a given for gymnastics but this is so much then I have ever seen elsewhere and an asthmatic they can feel it in their lungs and you just see the dust in the air which is not good to breathe in. It honestly doesn't look like this place is cleaned even tho there are full chemical bottles just laying around. It just felt very unsanitary and gross. In comparison to the other locations in town, this one is disappointing to see their lack of care and attention. There really isn't an excuse for that neglect.

We enjoy when other parents join in the class so all the little ones can learn from each other and socialize. Each week we learn a bit of sign language, sing songs, practice crawling/standing/walking, work on core muscles, arms, stretching, and social skills. On Fridays the class is in another room and a bit slower paced but believe me parents, you'll be the ones getting a workout! Mrs. Melissa has you lift your little bug, squat, do curls, and other fun exercises with your baby! All of the staff members are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Sometimes my little bug gets fussy during class and no one asks us to step out, they simply try to help calm him down or sing to him. They are all wonderful!!! My little bug is 8 months old now and has learned sooo much from coming to the little gym! Being around others and having the equipment available has helped him crawl and pull himself up. Second, it's the easiest to navigate for a newcomer because it's a small gym dedicated solely to gymnastics, and they have a smaller gym a couple doors down for the 4 and 5 year olds. The viewing areas are clean and comfortable. The coaches are great with the littles... very kind and knowledgeable. Parking is great. There's a Planet Fitness right next door, so I can get in a quick workout knowing that she's in good care and enjoying herself. They host open gym a couple of Saturday nights a month for a great price, and it's easily my daughter's favorite thing to do if I need some time to myself or just want to let her get that extra energy out. Last but not least, the location is so convenient to just about anywhere in Rockwall. It's easy in and out. I highly recommend them for any busy parent who's kid is interested in gymnastics.

My children genuinely enjoyed attending classes here, and we initially believed we had found a gym that cared about its athletes and families. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism proved otherwise. Shortly after joining, my daughter was repeatedly told by her coach that she was on the competition team, would be competing soon, and should expect to start preparing. As a parent, I immediately began asking for information regarding costs, schedules, commitments, and expectations. For TWO MONTHS, I sent emails, made phone calls, and followed up repeatedly. Every single time, I was brushed off with vague responses like, "We'll get that information to you soon." Meanwhile, my daughter's coach continued building excitement and reinforcing the idea that she was already on the team. No one seemed concerned about the fact that a child was being led to believe something that had not even been finalized. To make matters worse, my children travel out of state regularly to see their father, making advance scheduling absolutely critical. ASI was aware of this. They knew we needed information to coordinate custody schedules, family obligations, and finances. Yet they still failed to provide even the most basic details. After months of chasing answers, I finally learned that team selections hadn't even been finalized despite my daughter being told repeatedly that she was already on the team. When I expressed my frustration and requested that someone speak with my daughter and apologize for getting her hopes up, there was zero accountability. No ownership. No acknowledgment that they had handled the situation poorly. Eventually, I was given cost information--an additional $100 per month, hundreds of dollars in uniforms, competition expenses, and other commitments. The cost itself was never the issue. Competitive sports are expensive. The issue was being strung along for months while my daughter's expectations were built up based on information that should never have been communicated to her in the first place. I was promised a follow-up email with all competition details so I could discuss everything with my children's father and my fiancé. That email never came. Three weeks later, I was still waiting. What is most disappointing is that this entire situation could have been avoided with basic communication and accountability. Instead, I was left constantly chasing answers, forced into the position of disappointing my daughter, and treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. My son has autism and absolutely loved attending classes here, which makes this decision even more heartbreaking. However, the way this situation was handled made it impossible for us to continue supporting this gym. If you're looking for a program that communicates with families, keeps parents informed, and takes responsibility when mistakes are made, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The emotional impact on my daughter and the frustration this caused our family were completely unnecessary. We left not because of costs, schedules, or competition requirements. We left because of the incompetence, lack of communication, and complete refusal to take accountability. I would not recommend this gym to any parent.

We love this place. The coaches are mostly high school and college students so they have lots of…read moreenergy and patience! They teach the students buildable skills so they can keep advancing. None of the students have to sit around and wait their turn. Every class has four to five stations that the students rotate through so they are practicing the entire time. They have plenty of equipment too. The coaches are vigilant and I've never felt like my daughter was at risk for an injury. Some of the students may struggle a bit more than some of their peers but the coaches give an equal amount of attention to all of the students. I'm not certain they limit the number of students per class but I believe they do because there is never more than 8 or 10 students per class, at least that I have seen. They do have multiple classes going at once so sometimes it's pretty hectic but the coaches are on top of it! The coaches are so sweet so if your worried your kid might not be the best and they'll feel discouraged it really isn't an issue! The price is fantastic and they offer extra lessons (like a tutoring session) for a very good price. I highly recommend.

They also took my kids food away while they were still eating. It was time to go and I was trying to get their food and take it with us because this was their lunch but they just said it was time to go and threw it away.
