I was shocked to find that they were empty on Valentine's Day! I was welcomed in and immediately began being serviced. They offer beverages like soda, water, wine, and mimosas. Then he just told me to come back. He looked at the picture and told me it was too complicated and it would take him all day, as if I'm not paying him. So I got frustrated and went with French. As I'm getting my nails done, my morale is down because I'm not getting what I thought I was getting. After expressing I had blue toes and French tip nails, he expressed that it went well together instead of offering a solution. And he stated I wasn't communicating about my French style when I didn't want that in the first place. As I finished up, I told him I wasn't satisfied with my service and only finished because I got started and wasn't communicated with properly. A day before my cruise, and I am very disappointed. Please make sure they explain realistically what they can and can't do before you put your money into their business. Doesn't communicate well. Good for quick, last-minute fixes. Other than that, go to a nail tech or the other salon by Food Lion.

She took about an hour on the phone to write up the bogus contract and told me in order to keep the slot I requested I had to pay her 45.00 the same day and the rest when the services began. We scheduled 2 different times to meet up and sign the contracts. The first date was going to be 6-1 but I canceled due to me just relocating to the area and got tied up doing other things. I communicated with her and let her know just that and we agreed to meet on the following day 6-2. When I tried to reach out on that day I received no response and my call went straight to vm. I then began to call back to back and that's when I received a response stating my wife is sleep and that she would be notified when she awoke. At this point she has been sleep all day. I texted her to request a refund although the contract she emailed me said no refunds I still asked just based off the integrity of the matter. Of course she refused. My suggestion to anyone else that may reach out to her based off of a Google search... PLEASE BEWARE OF HER SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
