A young lady then escorted me to the pedicure room to get a polish change on my toenails. First impressions the salon was clean but not fancy, which was fine with me. Holly did a good job on my toes and told me to stay in the pedicure room while she put my finger nails in a bowl of acetone, I was in an awkward position while both hands were in the bowl. I waited about 45 minutes while Holly did someone else's nails. The owner came to me and escorted me to the manicure area. Holly told me the lady next to me was all most finished, well I waited almost 30 minutes until the manager came to me and said he would do my nails. No apologies,no water, nothing. The girl who did my manicure was rude and took me back late and then cut my appointment short. I asked for French tip nails, they have a menu thing that says "add these additional services!" I asked the nail tech she said she didn't have time but then proceeded to cut my appointment about 15 minutes short. The quality she did was also very poor. I thought my appointment time slots were both at the same time per the email I received. Apparently I made the appointments incorrectly and my pedicure wasn't till 3. I asked if I could be moved earlier or just cancel my appointment for 3. I got told no and that if I cancel I would still get charged for a service I didn't have. So either way I was screwed. The manager only offered 20% off my pedicure for all of this trouble. I go back because I was going to get charged either way. The lady who did my pedicure was about 15 minutes late getting me back too. She was a little more friendly but the job still wasn't great. I didn't notice till after I left that she didn't even paint my pinky toes on either foot.
