Not a place I frequent often and my visit today reminded me why. As we were eating we saw a bug crawling on the wall right next to our table. I don't know what kind of bug it was but regardless, it was disgusting. The meat is suspicious. They claim it's chicken and beef but I'm skeptical. It doesn't look or taste like either. I literally couldn't eat any of it. The restaurant is filthy. I don't think the price for an all you can eat buffet is excessive but it is for the poor quality. First time I've walked into a buffet and they have sushi waiting for you!!! All you can eat Asian food and it taste great!!! And of course they have a little bit of American food. This place is actually pretty good. Between the sushi bar, the grill, and the buffet tables, I don't see how this place got less than 5 stars. The sushi is awesome for a buffet, probably the best I've had since we moved to Fort Hood/Killeen. They try to put something out there for everyone, so the actual buffet tables are filled with traditional Chinese restaurant type foods (beef and broccoli, lo mein, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, ect.), I believe they serve kimchi and octopus/squids, and random things like green beans, craw fish, and coconut shrimp. Overall, the food is awesome. It deserves way more credit than some other have given it. read more

Had high hopes for this place, and love Chinese food. It was Fathers day and the place was packed the price was over the top for the fare $13.99 per person. It was Lunch and should have been more like $8.99 they had a ton of items. the sushi offering was week and maybe should consider doing away with it. if your not going to commit to it and do it rite don't do t at all.the Egg rolls were tiny and when bite into were mush almost like a green paste. the beef ribs were tough and tasted horrible. Upon first walking in, my family and I were impressed with the large selection of food to chose from. Seemed like they had everything and then some. As I began to fix my plate that's when I started noticing some issues. Most of the food appeared to be old and dried out. All the meat looked the same....which was frighting. The food simply looked old and tired. As I fix what I could on my plate, I began to eat...absolutely DISGUSTING!!! the lo mein noodles tasted like they were cooked in fish sauce!! They were big and slimy, totally unappetizing and unappealing. The pieces of chicken I got were old and appeared to be simply covered up with sauce in order to appear fresh. The bill was astronomical and quite frankly, we were upset because not one of us enjoyed that place...never ever again will I come here. That was my first and final time! Yuck! read more

Went here to eat dinner asked my waitress twice for lemons for my water and they never came. Took my 5 year old to use the restroom as he approached the urinal he slipped and fell hurt his self and was soaked from a huge puddle of water and it piss on the floor. wow...so bad....this place mirrored my previous marriage. Unsatisfying and tragic to say the least. I would take your money elsewhere, there has to be better Chinese buffet's in town. The sweet tea was barely sweet, the sweet n sour chicken tasted off, the beef with broccoli had way to much corn starch, and the lo mein noodles were disgusting. The pineapple tasted bland and the little puff pastry I had was not good at all either. I only found 1 thing that was ok, the crab rangoon. This spot is nice and out dated on the inside but, hits home where it counts... The food! All that said the spread of variety is really nice and the price is affordable and great for a first date. Me and my wife always enjoy and there's more food then you can eat. Plus it's got to have the best pink lemonade on the planet. I'm surprised at some of the reviews on here. Maybe a "bad day at the buffet" or someting like that. I stopped in for lunch. The food was hot, it was tasty and plentiful. The place is pretty solid. I love their Mongolian grill, the sushi selection is okay. Tables are kinda close, but not that close, don't let hyperbole fool you. Worst customer service in Killeen...they did not post that they were only taking cash and that their credit card machine was down. This restaurant looked promising on the outside, when you walk in the door you can tell the atmosphere is off. First thing you do is pay $19 for a buffet, not a bad price for a buffet I will admit, however this is not a good buffet. The food looks amazing, but the taste is like it was prepare several hours before. The Sushi they offer is shriveled and sad looking. The Mongolian BBQ they offer is disappointing to say the least. When selecting your meats they are slimy and stick together (signs of not being kept at the proper temperature). The spatulas used to cook the Mongolian BBQ look like they haven't been clean since the restaurant opened. The cook then proceeded to use the same spatulas on two separate meals being cooked. One containing seafood while the other did not (could've killed someone with a seafood allergy). Drinks are self serve, but to get ice you and everyone else in the restaurant have to scoop your own ice out of a bin using the same ice scoop. Overall this restaurant seems to have health hazards all over the place, not to mention the great possibility of cross contamination. I do NOT recommend coming here. I left this restaurant still hungry because I was so disgusted with what I observed and ate. I finished eating 10 minutes before writing this review and already feel sick to my stomach. Let me start with average to above average food. Good seating, ok service, but coupons are hard to use there. Every time my family and i go in with a coupon that says "1 kids meal free per adult meal purchase" they argue with me that its only one free kids meal even though i purchased two adult meals and two kids meals. The buy 10 meals get 11th free card they have doesn't work on fridays even if the card doesn't say there is a restriction. Basically good food bad service. read more

So after i went up to get my second plate, only to witness the guy making the sushi with gloves on..... not a bad thing right well with the same gloves he was preparing the food with he was handling his phone out of his pocket. Then he sat his phone down on the same surface as where he was preparing said sushi. I informed management for them to go and say something to no avail. The guy shrugged it off and continued to do what he was doing not changing gloves or anything. So needless to say I will no longer be eating there. Its hard at times to find a quality Chinese food buffet. There's usually not enough food or not enough variety. The buffet lines sometimes aren't appealing to the eyes. That is not the case here. Today we find ourselves divulging in rich Chinese cuisines. The Mongolian bar truly brings this buffet to higher levels. The food isn't cold, the rice noodles aren't dry. This buffet is a fine way to satiate the palette when craving Chinese food. There isn't anything negative to say about Asian Buffet. It gets a well deserved 3 stars in my book. read more
